Brian McKnight's "One Last Cry" is about one who painfully holds on to the past memories of a lover that left him/her, but then decides to finally let it go and move on after having one last cry. This song is a treasured staple in the R&B genre, and it also serves as one of my favorites.

I posted a status on my Facebook asking fans and friends to vote what Christmas song they wanted to hear me cover for the 2013 holiday season. "All I Want For Christmas Is You" was most-voted, a hit song by Mariah Carey that was released in 1994.

Michael Jackson/Justin Timberlake - Love Never Felt So Good (Saxophone Cover by Ian Jacinto)

I arranged an acoustic rock version of "All Of Me" by John Legend, with a little string quartet accompaniment at the end. I know I covered this song really late compared to others, but better late than NEVER, right? 

This whole track was produced by myself. All the instruments, writing, drum programming, recording and playing of the saxophone, mixing, mastering, etc. were all done by yours truly!

An OPM (Original Pinoy Music) classic by a more-than-classic vocal group. Their harmonies are gorgeous, so I had to make a cover of this brilliant song. This was released in their 1992 album called "1-2-3" and it has become one of their most well-known, recognizable songs.

This one is always such an honor to play wherever I go. Just a few hours ago, in fact, I played this at a wedding in Binan, Laguna. This song is the quintessential religious song that everyone knows the tune of!

As always, I picked a beautiful song to cover. This piece was composed and written by none other than David Foster. For this recording, I used the soprano saxophone to parallel the female vocalist, and the alto saxophone for the male.

"Forevermore" tells a story of a person who expresses their undying love for someone they thought would never love them back, but happily turns out that their love isn't one-sided after all. A story of the classic lover who would do anything for their soul mate. This is an immensely popular song for weddings or any sort of romantic occasion, also being among one of OPM's finest songs ever produced, composed and performed by the country's most renowned band--Side A.

This is my all-time favorite Earth, Wind & Fire songs ever made. Aside from that, it was co-written by none other than David Foster, also among one of my favorite lyricists/composers/arrangers.

"After The Love Has Gone" details a love affair that eventually turns sour. Written in 1979 by David Foster, Jay Graydon and Bill Champlin, it's a soulful song filled with many close harmonies and a riveting horn section.

The melody is played on the alto saxophone, and the harmonies are played on the soprano saxophone. I hope you enjoy listening!

Advanced merry Christmas and happy holidays, everyone! Here's an a capella alto saxophone quartet cover of one of my favorite Christmas songs, "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas." It features four alto saxophones in four-part harmony: one acts as bass, two acts as counter-melodies and one as the melody. 

I wrote this arrangement a month before Christmas. I had so much fun conceptualizing and brainstorming how it would sound. I wrote and recorded the entire arrangement in one day.

This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite and most-played songs in my repertoire. I almost cannot perform at a gig or event without playing this song.

Composed by David Foster, this song's melody was written with Chaka in mind because he utterly believed that Chaka would be the one to perform it. Through the years, many have covered and did their take on this daring song, but few have surpassed the level that Chaka Khan sings it at. It is physically-demanding to perform, and requires a keen sense of pitch and an aggressive approach.

"More Than Words" is a ballad written and performed by the rock band, Extreme. The song describes how some people say "I love you" with no meaningful feeling, and their actions definitely show that. A gorgeous melody with an equally exquisite harmony, I did not hesitate to make a cover of this. A relaxing song to play to calm your mood. 

Using my soprano saxophone, I recorded the melody with its accompanying second and/or third voice.

A gorgeous song with simple lyrics yet a wonderful melody. "You Are So Beautiful" stands out in the list of most romantic songs in music history. Covered by many artists such as Jessica Sanchez, Westlife, Babyface, Kenny Rogers and countless others, even more would agree that this is a song that will never die.

A groovy reggae song by Brownman Revival, "Binibini" depicts a woman so beautiful that the guy endlessly thinks about her. This song's original artist, however, is The Rainmakers way back in the 70's. "Binibini" is a Tagalog term for "miss" or "young lady," commonly used for Filipina beauty pageants. Speaking of which, it has been a secret dream of mine to be able to serenade at a beauty contest with this song.

I sequenced all the instruments (piano, electric guitar, percussion, etc.) in this arrangement myself.
