Where My Hoe At

It all started with two tape decks and the challenge of hitting play at just the right time. From there, I started mixing hip house and hip hop on a pair of budget turntables, working on skills that would take me deep into New York City’s club scene under the name Ian Vetro.

Dragging milk crates packed with vinyl through the doors of the Limelight, Palladium, Building, and Tunnel, I had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of electronic music’s most influential artists, including The Prodigy, Moby, Jeff Mills, and Joey Beltram. 

I spent time in the industry at Caroline Distribution and Astralwerks Records, before touring with Elwood’s Parlance of Our Time album. With deep roots in the underground, I remain dedicated to the evolution of electronic music.
