I make whipped cream twice a year: once at Thanksgiving, and once at Christmas. It's one of my favorite bits of kitchen alchemy. Heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar go into a chilled bowl, and in three mesmerizing minutes they're transformed into a delicious colloid of tiny air bubbles captured within a lattice of butterfat droplets. So, this is about that. This isn't the full tune, it's got another couple of changes to move through.

Contrary to the current prevailing winds, music and the energy used to create it have value, so although most tracks here can be downloaded, they're not the ones with all the right notes in them.
