This is just one 261e for the sound source, bunch of 200e processing/filtering and a couple Catlinbread delay pedals (Echorec & Belle Epoch).  No other oscillators used.  :D

1979 Compact Microsound Processor messing around with a sample audio track from the Octatrack and some standard buchla sounds.

All 1979 Buchla format modules, SVG, DAO, DR, and a light sprinkle of CMP playing a mostly self generating patch that sounded a lot like guitar harmonics with a mic close to an acoustic to me, some drumbass pluck accompaniment by the DAO in drum and kick modes.  Reminded me of the great Lenny Breau, master of guitar harmonics.

One oscillator generates the Buchla sounds with midi from the Octatrack and some clock division fun time happy sounds.  Octatrack resamples and Machinedrum kicks in the bass.  And my buddy Echoboy from Soundtoys on the track.

200e vs Elektron Dub



Made this the same hour I plugged it in.

XY Out and ZOut are always panning in opposite directions. Quadrature LFO modulates Morph X, Y, Z and panning.&nbsp; E350 recorded straight in, unfiltered. no VCAs.

A sack of percussion synthesis.200e, Monomachine does some effects, Machinedrum plays hats and the more repetitive drum parts. All 1 take, including most effects, touch of additional reverb in Logic.

29 presets sitting in my buchla 200e since I repatched it. Some surprises since the original patching I used when saving the rpesets.  Some crap, some cool, some meh, some wtf? somhow, everything is running off a 110 bpm midi clock.

My Buchla plays through 29 presets at 90bpm.  Eventide H90 for reverb and Eclipse with its presets changed every so often.

lots of 291e filter action here.  All self playing, except for the fades at the beginning.  Some reverb and fx in logic, but not nearly as much as usual.

Buchla 200e patch, DPO oscillator (3rd party dual analog oscillator with presets) provides the audio signal, 223e arpeggiator plays the melody, plus the basic Buchla LPG and env gen.  Main reverb provided by Meris Mercury reverb effect box. 

Kinda feels Aphex Twinny to me a little bit.

Improv with a new used 8-string lap steel, a bunch of pedals, and patched through the Buchla for the frequency shifter bass.  LAL Cyber Psychic used like a wah, sorta.  Buchla does the 2 rhythm parts.
