Having left their homes and families in search of livelihood, they face an imminent risk of starvation if not attended to immediately. गाँव माटी दूर तोहे छोड़ आए
घर में भूखे भात लाने दूर आए
Oh my homeland, my soil, I have left you behind
I have come away in search of livelihood for my hungry family

Motiyon si aasoon roti amma meri
Jaane kaise munna mera raat khaye
मोतियों सी आसूँ रोती अम्मा मेरी
