UTR are back in business with their upcoming Subspecies VA - a compilation dedicated to the day-time, psychedelic prog groovers. This edition of the VA compiled by SixthSense favourite - Scionaugh, is without a doubt, going to be one of UTR's best releases yet. 

The Eartheogen remix of Grouchie's 'Hyperion' is pure class. Eartheogen's sense of minimalism is strong throughout the journey of this track, making it a must play in any early morning prog session. Baseline chug, intricate percussion, bubbly synths that would make you dig some holes about it in the morning at the dewf.

Digital Structures is proud to present 'Over the Horizon' by Bongani, marking his debut with the label.

The journey begins with the title track, capturing the first light of dawn over the bush and the sunrise illuminating dancers sharing a wholesome sunrise energy. Vibrant smiles reflect the moment's joy and eclectic spirit. This track celebrates beautiful synthesis, driving rhythms, and melodic hints, painting the horizon with vibrant hues and inviting listeners to lose themselves in its warmth.

As the sun sets, the narrative continues with "Theatre," originating from an impromptu 2019 collaboration at Rainbow Serpent Festival. Bongani and Wilma's spontaneous live performance evolved into a deeply evocative record. "Theatre", an ode to the bush's darkness, with swirling lights and haunting cello overtones, blending organic and electronic elements into a mesmerizing soundscape.

This psytrance project has been constantly evolving and is finding ever more ways to express its maverick sound musically. M-THEORY has produced a full studio album and several EPs, remixes and tracks on a number of established labels such as Digital OM, BMSS, Blacklite, Grasshopper, Antu, Free-Spirit, Profound and Alchemy. He has played at some of the leading festivals around the world like Boom, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Antaris, Fusion, The Experience, Indian Spirit, Shankra and Sonica, as well as in club nights across Europe and at London underground parties. He has worked with prominent names in the scene including Zen Mechanics, Sonic Species, Pixel, Rinkadink, Burn In Noise, Earthling, Outsiders and Hypnocoustics.
