Pooyan is an Iranian DJ based in Istanbul/Turkey. In 2011 he gravitated towards a diverse array of musical styles , as demonstrated by his music collection. As he used to play video games , got enthusiast to games sound track hence between 2011-2013 he was interested in contemporary Classical , electronica and ambient by Jesper Kyd , sumptuous piano-led electronic music by Yoko Shimomura. His lifestyle created the perfect landscape to push through his musical boundaries refers to his collection 2013-2016 which involves progressive rock , alternative rock by Anathema , deep house by Nicolas Jaar and progressive house by Above & Beyond. Although the Tehran underground party was not ineffective, since Pooyan discovered his music style he proceeded to learn DJ tutorials. Currently he works Professionally on Techno and Progressive house.

Latin American sounds ring out on ‘Desperado’, a unique collaboration between Mòo & Jo, Demayä, Arkadyan and the vocal performance from Eribertho Cruzado. Scintillating sounds on BLOND:ISH’s Abracadabra label as per usual!
The track’s chief protagonists Mòo & Jo and Demayä explain more; “we were trying to sample an old afro-boogie song that had a crazy bassline that we actually kept in Desperado, but the rest of the track wasn't matching at all. We decided later to keep only the bassline and build around it, trying different plugins and patterns, until we came up with the idea of a trumpet riff, and it was directly into that mariachi vibes. We decided to call our friendsArkadyan to add some drums and the crazy trumpet refrain, which worked so perfectly! The idea was to make a track full of groove but matching with the tension of the bassline. We are all super happy with the end result, and the Vocal Mix with Eribertho Cruzado is simply an easy tune for any place, again we can't wait for the release.”

„Odd Behavior“ by Modeplex hits a darker tone; melodic vibes with lots of sub bass and a mysterious voice casting spells.
Jeremy Olander contributes „Phonox“, a driving and melancholic tune with punch and an analog feel to it.
And closing off the FTTF31 is Doriann and Randoree’s „Mention“ with eclectic percussion work and hypnotic synths and vocals.

Deviant Force Records showcase continues with RAWAR‘s presentation of his new album, 5.

Rawar is Helder Amaral from Portugal, born at Porto city in late 70 ́s. Rawar project is intended to bean electronic music act, directed to psychedelic scene and the reflection of some of the feelings and emotions presented in all day life in human-beings, trying to overcome fears and sadness trough musical meditation. Rawar project as absorbed the influences of Helder ́s music background, from heavy metal,to the 80 ́s pop rock, Disco and psytrance all of them are present on the frequencies and patterns created on these project. The project Rawar comes to light in 2006 from the ashes of helder ́s first incursion trough psychedelic production (Dominus).
