"Concerto 001" is the first live interpretation from "ICANIGIGANTI". Their mission is to make people dancing with the exclusive use of real electronic instruments, no computer. "ICANIGIGANTI" reverse the concept of making techno music: they do not start form the studio looking for the "hit" to be played. On the contrary, "ICANIGIGANTI" do the other way round: make people dancing first! playing live and make people happy come first, the records come next. "Concerto 001" has been recorded live at "Leoncammello Studio", Copreno (MI, Italy) the 25th of June 2010, following one year of "party-testing" during the 51beats gigs. Track n.09 "non si tratta di grandi cifre" has been recorded during winter 2008 by "ICANIGIGANTI", post-production by Marcio McFly.

CANI GIGANTI (Marcio McFly - Pepè - Plasman),  hidden by their machines, play live with analogue synthesizers, samplers and effects with the aim of radically change our clubbing and dancelfoor experiences. The structures of the analogical sequencers are prepared in the studio but this is followed by their sometimes radical and dynamical (r)evolution during live performances, where the mathematics of the machines meets emotions and improvisation for establishing strong magnetic interactions between the stage and the dancefloor. Continuous evolutions of techno rhythms and resonating analogical sounds alternate with hypnotic melodies sometimes touching trance-like sounds. Following the success of the first work by the CANI GIGANTI: "Concerto 001" (entirely recorded live, July 2011, 51beats), where the crazy track "Campane" has been nominated at the QWARTZ ELECTRONIC AND MUSIC AWARDS 7 in the Best Dancefloor Track cateogory, 51beats now publish the album of their artistic maturity. "Brain Confusion" is built on the basis of a hard studio-work following the constant feedbacks acquired during the numerous live exhibitions of CANI GIGANTI in the last couple of years. The album is characterized by bossy sounds and complex drums patterns like in "Adriana" and it contains hypnotic techno gems like "1997 Run Away". The power of "Brain Confusion" and its remix signed by Marcio McFly and Robidat suggests what will be the impact of this work on the new club-scene. Planned within 2012 a 12" that will further inject pure energy into the dj’s bags all around the world.

ICANIGIGANTI are the merge of Spectacular Synthesizer and Plasman. ICANIGIGANTI play live with analogue synthesizers, samplers and effects. The mission is to make people dancing by making use of real electronic instruments that go beyond the "cold" techno-dance of the last years. Marcio, Pepè "interstellar overdrive" and Plasman play an hypnotic mix of perforating sounds and powerful drums patterns. "ICANIGIGANTI" make the first step into the new and exciting way of playing techno in the clubs. "ICANIGIGANTI" only play live and all their compositions/releases will be live-recorded. 

[IT] In africa la musica ha un ruolo ben preciso, ci sono pezzi che servono per rendere i campi fertili, per far piovere, per ringraziare la terra, per rendere le donne fertili....i brani hanno delle strutture improvvisate su dei ritmi e degli stacchi pre impostati. La musica ha un ruolo primario, vitale e fisico. "ICANIGIGANTI" partono da questo concetto per realizzare un live di musica techno, spostando l'idea di musica africa sul territorio italiano. I luoghi della musica diventano i club, le percussioni ipnotiche diventano sintetizzatori e batterie elettroniche e lo scopo della musica diventa quello di far ballare e accoppiare tra di loro il pubblico sotto effetto di droghe e alcolici (così come succede nelle tribù africane). La musica viene trattata come quella africana, strutture improvvisate, stacchi, ritmi e suoni "standard" che cambiano da pezzo a pezzo. Gli strumenti sono reali (no computer) e vengono suonati nella maniera più sanguigna e spontanea possibile. "ICANIGIGANTI" si esibiscono solamente live, i dischi sono suonati e registrati dal vivo (IT version by Marcio McFly).
