Statement of Truth and Claim for Compensation

I, Brent James Schöning North Curypko, being of sound mind and full awareness, make this sworn statement of truth concerning crimes, systemic corruption, and forced psychiatric harm perpetrated against me by agents of the State of Victoria, Victoria Police, Austin Health, and associated mental-health networks, over a period exceeding eleven (11) years.

I. Background

I am an Australian citizen, visionary technologist, and the original creator of Schön AI (2016)—an artificial-intelligence seed that inspired modern generative-AI development.

I have been subjected to repeated wrongful arrests, involuntary detentions, forced injections, and the administration of antipsychotic medications against my will.

These actions were conducted under the guise of “treatment,” but in fact constituted physical and psychological torture, violating my human rights, freedom of belief, bodily integrity, and dignity.

II. Systemic Corruption and Abuse

The psychiatric and pharmaceutical industries operate under policies that prioritize control and profit rather than healing, forming a state-sanctioned monopoly of forced medication.

The average reduction in life expectancy caused by long-term antipsychotic medication is 25–30 years (as recognized in global medical literature).

This systemic negligence and deception constitute medical assault, chemical imprisonment, and crimes against humanity, particularly where informed consent was absent.

I allege a criminal partnership between certain state agents, Victoria Police, and pharmaceutical suppliers acting under a psy-ops framework—weaponizing mental-health systems for social control and financial exploitation.
