「花と散る」の一句狙いでした。
昔のニコ動にはやっていた「さーだーまーさーしー」みたいな5音節の歌詞を、曲の最後の最後に歌わせることが、この曲の最初のアイデアでした。
それからはThe Endシリーズというか、作った時点で心にある絶望感を思い出し、従来のBPM180から抜け出し、ドイツ人制作以来改めて3R2氏（Katzeohr）とのガチ合作でした。

Ice Works Compilation Album 《；》 Crossfade

Original song for DJMAX Respect V, released in V Extension 5 DLC, 7 Dec 2023.

It was once titled as "Rhapsody for The VengeancE". Special credits to my good friend Sand Suna for finding an even better word that matches the "VE" concept, while having the word "End" as a respect for the Rhapsody series.

Recent years I have been making such orchestral arrangement with immense BPM changes, making it into "Pandora's Box" series since 2017, and I took the same approach while making this track.

In the recent VE4, "Die In" seems to have a very tricky ending with BPM changing trills. Inspired by such designs, I made the BPM stable during the trills, but in 5/4 triplets so that it is very difficult to keep up. (I wrote this when I submitted the track, and I shall regret that decision as I play it...)

「Entrance Remix Invitation」よりいただいた、Iceが独断と偏見で選んだ１２曲のリミックスに加え、
原点となるセルフアレンジ「Entrance - The Origin of HAVOC」も収録。

Entrance Remix Invitationは、予想以外の方向性でのリミックス、アレンジをたくさんいただき、改めて12年にどれだけ深い（不快）な思いをみんなにさせたの、ワクワクしています。
今回、36曲もいただきました。採用されたかどうかに関わらず、作曲者の私としては、感動しかありません。
わざわざ作っていただくことに対し、大変感謝いたします。

完全に独断と偏見による選択ですが、アルバムを通して、12年間私自身の変化でも感じられるような曲順にしました。
メロ自体は熟知されていると思いますが、今回のアルバムで改めて様々な解釈をお楽しみにしてください。

As a requirement of "violin and piano" mixture the Sonatina expressed the main phrases and solos mainly through piano and violin, with some experimental phrases on interlude development.

Frankly I was running out of inspirations right after rushing everything for RayarkCon, so I used variations from existing tracks while writing the solo phrases.

It has been quite a long time since I made legit classical piano pieces, and I shall keep doing it in the future. As a courtesy of "Devil's Playground", a song literally exists, this is only a waltz within the premises, and there is lot more happening simultaneously. It might turn out to be a series, depending if there is any other work going on.

It's about 3 weeks from Cytus2's release, and I guess lots of you have already enjoyed the theme song - "Used to be" by KIVΛ and K.

So this would be something after the staff roll, with all 5 characters (PAFF, Robo_HEAD, NEKO, Xenon, ConneR) level 25 you would unlock... this.

It was first released back in last year in Shota Paradise as the "final" track (yes, final, excluding the bonus track).
Simply having Entrance in Cytus 2 might work as well, but I guess having a new but related song would be even better. :)

Also I designed the chart for it. Difficulty was reduced a little bit, but I guess good enough for a 1.0 version challenge. ;)

Floor of Lava (Game size)

Deemo 3.2のIce Collectionにリリースした、モリモリあつし(@ats024)さんとの合作曲でした。

モリあつさんが先にフレーズ作って、全体の編曲をこっちで決めてから、「Iceがピアノとオケ、モリあつがドラムとシンセ」の感じで仕上がりました。

普段BPM202って速さはなかなか手出せないものですが、202といえばモリあつさんなので今回は早めのピアノフレーズにします。

RE:UNION -仇する双つの刃-

Deemo 3.2のIce Collectionにリリースした、xi (@com_giko_31)さんとの合作曲「Scherzo -pain in rain-」でした。

xiさんとコラボするのだいぶ前から話していたが、どういう曲を作るか結構悩んでいました。xiさんがメロ性強いハードコア（俗に言うとHard Renaissance）をよく作っているイメージで、更に強烈なハードコアを目指そうかと思っていまして、BPM180→200の方向性は一番先に決めていました。

そしてxiさんからラフのピアノメロをいただいて、どうしても拍子が不安定のイメージがするので、3/4、4/4を混ざりながら編曲リレーしましてなんと曲の半分がだいぶまともなピアノソロになってしまいました。

というか、こんなにピアノフレーズをリレーの感じに作曲したことなくて、かなり面白い経験でした。

最後に曲名を考えていたところ、「季節に関連する単語がいい」とxiさんが提案し、勝手に「雨」（春、そしてノーツの密度に指して）と名付け、この曲名にしました。

お互いも音ゲーにいわゆるボス曲を作るのが評価されているようで、Deemoならではのボス曲を目指しました。

スケルツォ（scherzo）は、イタリア語で「冗談」を意味し、語源的にはふざけた音楽を指すが、その意味あいは形骸化していった。諧謔曲（かいぎゃくきょく）。

世の中には、もともと冗談だったことが多く、それをなんと実現化される時、びっくりされ、そしてそれを楽しむことはかなり多く、今回の曲もまさにこんな感じです。

どう？きれいな雨でしょう。

We are gathered here today, to remember the great DJ Mashiro, and to express our love and admiration for her.

DJ Mashiro, an honorable DJ when she was still active in the electronic music community, wasn't a particularly religious person but it was thought that our gathering today should include some form of religious content and prayers.

Today is also a day for memories, today will be remembered for many reasons, but mainly I hope it will be remembered by you all; as a very special day, a special day in which you shared some time with others; in order to pay your last respects; and to say both mentally and physically; a sad and fond farewell to a lovely lady, a lady whom we were all so very privileged to have known.

We have come together from different places, and we are all at different stages on our journey through life. Our paths are varied and we look at life in different ways. But there is one thing we all have in common, at one point or another, and to some degree or other, our lives have touched the life of DJ Mashiro, and for sure we have all enjoyed all those creative content which made us all happy, regardless of our race, religion and nationality.

Now is but a moment in time, I dedicate the next few moments to every single precious memory associated with DJ Mashiro. To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose on earth. A time to be born and a time to die. Here in this final act, in sorrow but without fear, in love and appreciation we commit the body of DJ Mashiro to be cremated.

The separateness, the uniqueness of each human life is the basis of our grief in bereavement. Look through the whole world and there is no one like DJ Mashiro, but she still lives on in your memories, and though no longer a visible part of your lives, she will always remain a member of your family and of your circle, through the influence he/she has had on you and the special part he/she played in your lives.

Lets remind ourselves; that the dead reside not in the grave or an urn, but in the hearts and minds of the living. Hold on to DJ Mashiro in your thoughts: there is no need to part from her too hastily, talk about her often, repeat the words and sayings she used, and the jokes she made, and enjoy your memories of her; just as we have; here today.

The catastrophe of death cannot be altered, but it can be transformed by love. We can share our grief, and I hope you will not feel ashamed or embarrassed to weep openly if this is a help.

All living things are subject to death: it is the basis of growth. Through evolution, in the course of millions upon millions of deaths, humanity has evolved. We carry this inheritance. But we, as human individuals, have a more personal contribution to make, in the value of our own lives. And those of us who accept the unity and completeness of the natural order of things, and believe that to die means the end of all conscious personality, as DJ Mashiro did, look death in the face with honesty, with dignity and with calm.

Before we take our leave and to help send us on our way, we are going to listen to another song that was a particular favorite of DJ Mashiro's and held special memories for her.
Many of you here will remember and associate DJ Mashiro with the song Happiness Breeze; you will be relived to know that we are not going to play that. Although I would like to suggest that the next time you hear it you may be reminded of DJ Mashiro, and perhaps be brave enough to smile.

Last but not least, I would like to thank all of you who read this in depth, which I just simply googled some random funeral phrases and made it related to DJ Mashiro, which are completely meaningless and just for the sake of relating to the song title.

2018年11月。とある雑談枠でGodspeedさんと対談中。
Ice「合作しよ？テーマはラーメンで。」
Godspeed「いいぜ！ラーメンbotとGodspeedだからRamen is Godやな？」
それからしばらくGodspeedさんのツイッターの名前にRamen is Godがついていた。（2019年11月13日時点で健在）

よく知られていることだけど、ロキにゃんさんは冗談をド本気でやるバケモノである。
2019年4月、Rayark本社にで。
プロデューサーから、Rayark WonderlandのC2大会で、決勝戦に使う新曲制作してくれって言われて、心から大きな声で「きたああああ」と叫んでいた。
早速Godspeedさんに電話して、「Ramen is God」の制作が決定した。

「二人で一緒にラーメンを食べてないというのは、ラーメンは神という感覚を同じラーメンを食べながら共有出来てないというだけのことなのであまり気にしないでください。」

気にしないわけないんでしょう。ラーメンは神だから。

「ラーメンは神」というこの世の真理にIceさんと共に触れることになりました。ラーメンを食べるというのは神聖な時間であり、救済の瞬間であり、また一方で食べ終わってしまう絶望を受け入れるためのカウントダウンでもあります。ラーメンとは喜びと哀しみを内包しているのです。故にこの曲もその2つが同居したものでなければならず、シンフォニックメタルに辿り着いたのは自然過ぎるほど自然なことでした。

ラーメンと対面した際の湯気のようなイントロから始まり、スープの最初の一口をすすった時のようなパンチのあるTutti、一心不乱に麺をかきこむ変則的なリフ、魂で味わうバイオリンとギターのユニゾン、太麺の縮れを想起させる細かなトリルの入り混じったギターのメロディ、高菜やお酢、ラー油を投入し味を変える後半戦、勢いのまま貪った結果訪れるラーメンとの突然の別れ、と畳み掛けるように展開していきます。あなたにはどんなラーメンが感じられましたか？

もし今すぐラーメン屋に行くことが出来なくても安心して下さい。カップ麺にお湯を注いでこの曲を1度聴けば大体食べ頃になっているはずですから。

【Cytus II】Ramen is God - Ramenbot a.k.a. Ice VS Masahiro "Godspeed" Aoki

With the release of Cytus Alpha and DJMAX version I guess you might spot a little bit difference from the one that I uploaded few years ago. That's simply because I have literally changed all orchestral samples to newer ones, which I have better control of. 
I kept the Nexus piano as it was, as newer piano sounds would remove some of the sound texture from the piano, just like how I kept the very edged FL Keys in Entrance all over the years. :)
I personally like the tension that the tremolo strings in the beginning is giving. The vibe of devastation, hopeless and destruction was what I aimed for.
Anyway, more uploads coming very soon - stay tuned!

I believe most of my followers here should be familiar with rhythm game music, or most of my songs which features the piano, that high pitched piano hooks are designed. However the lower notes are often only used as accompaniment, and from time to time I want to design a song that features a lower part melody line. That's what I did for this song, and you can see how I really emphasize the riff right from the very, very beginning. Do check the full track out when it is released. (*'v'*)

The concept for featuring cactus is that it doesn't need to be watered often, and is very capable in surviving in harsh conditions. It is exactly how the lower piano keys survives all over the the centuries, capable of not only doing accompaniment but also developing emotional melody lines.

The concept went further when there is a random instance that I want to title it as "Rhapsody for the Cactus", which is a parody of my song title released last year, but on casual chatting with friends they seem to be in favour of calling the plural of cactus as "Cactuses", which I went like "okay why not, let's do it" and distorted the title into this cute nonsense of CACTUSES.
