  Icewind is a multi-genre electronic dance music DJ & producer from Toronto, Canada.  With a love for both the rough & smooth sides of dance music alike, Icewind leans into sub genres such as Hardcore, Jungle/Drum&Bass & House.  In 2012, Icewind released the "Cool Breeze" EP under Omni Music's label, & has since played at various local venues such as The Cave, See-Scape, & Maezo.

  Icewind's love affair with electronic dance music started in the late 90's, after hearing Daft Punk's "Around the World" on the radio.  An interest in late night House & Trance music materialized, which then naturally progressed into an obsession with the harder, faster & distorted sounds of hard dance.  A fascination with underground rave & club culture soon followed, which lead to the experimentation of DJing & producing, a passion that continues today...
