Mic placement: 30cm away from Guitar facing 12th fret.
Only the MXL has been placed 50cm away because of too much bass-response.

Input-Gain: -18db. Focusrite Saffire Pro 26.

Mic-Shootout on Acousticguitar (Mics under 200€ used and new prices)

Another track within the mic shootout with my mics that are priced under 200€ (wether it's the new price or the price that I bought  them used).

I liked the Revox m3500,  Beyerdynamic M69,  Beyerdynamic Soundstar Mkii and the rode within the mono-setup the most.

So I decided to pick them for a "mid-side technique" approach. (My first time I did that)

I used them together with the MXL R144 Ribbon Mic, because it's the only mic that I have with a "Figure 8" Pattern.

So the order is:

R144 + M3500

R144+ Soundstar Mk II

R144 + M69

R144 + Rode Nt1000 

I don't have a studio and I recorded all these tracks in my living room without any acoustic treatment.
