I wrote this song in January 2020, while I was struggling with depression, again. 
my story with depression began when I was 16, and it still hasn’t ended. 
It’s been 5 years of on-again, off-again, every time thinking I’d beaten depression for good & it kept coming back. This song is about the frustration, the anger, the confusion, the despair each time it gets bad again.
