GONNA DUMP A BUNCH OF INFO/ANNOUNCEMENTS IN THIS DESCRIPTION SO READ IT IF YOU CAN

So, I just hit 1,000 followers. I've been working on a big special for it, about 15 minutes long and comprised of about 10 parts, all flowing into each other. Been working on it for a few weeks and its about 2/3rds done, expect it in a week or so.

Also announcement, I've pretty much fully switched over to FL Studio for mashups. I've been using Sony Vegas for the last like 5 years, but I've made the switch and am comfortable enough making mashups in FL now.

Future projects, well I was working on a Mashine Spin-Off/Sequel/Something, but it's currently on hold as I need to recreate everything in FL to make sure the quality's right. No idea when to expect it as it is in the early, early stages still, though I have had some very cool ideas for it.

This mashup, well it's a basic Smash Mouth one with a bit of flair, wanted to do a basic, short, classic one to pad time before/announce the 1,000 special. The base song is E g o by J.A.C.K. which is amazing, been listening to it on repeat the past month.

I've wanted to use this thumbnail for a long time. It's been several months since I made it, and I've had several iterations of this mashup that I was making to specifically fit this thumbnail. I'm reasonably happy with this version of the mashup, although the prior version was good in its own right (but I was having some creative block with it).

On another note, the title isn't very inspired, is it? I couldn't come up with anything clever at the time of posting, sadly. It's late at night and I spent most of the day baking a chocolate cake and making empanadas, which was wonderful but not terribly stimulating in a creative sense. (I can provide pictures of the cake if anyone's interested.)

Also, I realize (only after posting) that I've made a grave mistake. Hit the quan does not appear in this mashup. Damnit, that was one of the goals I had for using the thumbnail! Ah, you know what? Fuck it, we ball. (Just pretend that "Hit the quan" is in the list of sources.)
