Lila Cockrell is a former City Council Member and Mayor of San Antonio. In 1975, she became the first woman to govern a major city in the United States. She currently serves as the Co-Chairperson for the San Antonio River Oversight Committee. She sat down to record a conversation with Ideas For CoSA Moderator Paul DiGiovanni on June 14th, 2017.
