4-5 years ago was the first time I heard of Mr. Carmack and Rogue was the first track I listened to. It stuck out to me and made me dive into the world of Carmack; not to be disappointed. Mr. Carmack is actually my absolute inspiration and he's played a big part in my music perspective over the years. I've been fortunate to say hi to him a couple of times and without a doubt, the NICEST dude ever. 

Please enjoy this remix/flip I did of rogue. I just didn't want to make a generic future bass flip of this track but I wanted to make something I really felt connected to and something that made me feel special for the intro/build and into the drop. the first time I met martin garrix it was at a hotel lobby in Incheon, south korea. I'd just played world club dome and we were all looking for something to do after. he invited us all to his room - I was sitting around with grandtheft, mija, ryan farber, mello, & some homies. 

martin and I weren't acquainted yet so I went up to him, grasped his hand, and repeated "myrne" 10x while staring into his eyes. It must've worked because a few months later he reached out for this remix.
