Idiophyle (Chad Pruett) has officially released his debut album, In Bloom.

Featuring popular songs One Day, Feel Alive, and I'm Just Fine. The record was written, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered by Chad Pruett himself in his home studio, The Garden. 

In Bloom channels themes of love, fear, growth, and surmounting doubt. Pruett expresses the record as a moment of growing into yourself. Through facing fears and embracing love, overcoming anxieties, and discovering who you are.

I'm getting stagnant racing down the finish line. Losing my balance feeling like I'm not aligned. It's like a magnet pushing out the good inside. I just can't stand it. Feeling like I'm not alive. The high is wearing off and now I'm wearing down. You want a second wind. Don't second guess yourself. You're gonna make it out. It's gonna take awhile. But when the timing is right, you'll be alright. By then you're gonna feel alive. You feel alive now. I'm getting passive. Everyone is passing by. I've been so absent, I'm losing all my track of time. They're all just fragments dissipating in my mind. I just can't stand it. Feeling like I'm not alive.

Off The Air - EP

Two archived songs from 2014 and 2015 that never made it on the air. I wrote and recorded them at two different studios here in Sacramento, Ca.

"Speak"
Who is it that speaks for me? I don't seem to have a say anymore. My mouth moves but my words don't come out. And I couldn't tell if the sun had started setting. Or if I was locked in my own hell. Was this all out of my control? I couldn't show my face again. I tried to hold on to so many things. But the whole world wanted me to become something that I'd never be. To be something they all want to see. People will speak out on so many things to watch you fail, and hope that you would never try to return again. Someone tell me. Will this ever end? When they grabbed my tongue and told me not to speak. What was it that they had said? Were they trying to correct me? And who was I to run away? Running back to the trees. Telling no one I'd leave, just to get away. And escape this uncertainty.
