when the inspiration for this album first hit me it was during a trip to chicago to go see a bunch of bands i loved at RIOTFEST 2022.

the name of the album came to me while i was sitting at the festival waiting for a set to start

the idea was that I had reached such a beautiful moment of clarity and appreciation and gratitude for 
where my life was headed (this was 3 months before I was getting married and I was so grateful to witness all of these amazing bands and the beautiful city of chicago all because i had worked so
hard in 2022 to go pay off nice trips out of florida and my wedding. it was one of the hardest working years of my life. It was all worth it. This album is about my journey through the hardest working year of my life, my wedding and enjoying the fruits of my hard work.
