The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Vera Spektor. Active since the mid 2000s, he has released material on seminal underground labels like Third Type Tapes, Ekar and Stripe999. He now returns with a new EP, La Guerra Delle Forme, on Pressured Speech Productions. In the spirit of the year that was, Spektor offers a look at the concrete settings left empty by modern life. Heavy industrial experiments gives way to surges of electronic force as the release moves through an array of blackened atmospheres and captures the struggles of our time. Today we premiere the excellent Golden Bludgeon.

Sheol, translated as « common grave of humanity » or « abyss » is the underworld of the Old Testament. A place which all the dead souls go and remain until the Last Judgement; both the righteous and the wicked, regardless of the moral choices made in life. A place of stillness and darkness cut off from God.

This collaboration presents 9 tracks of power electronics, experimental noise, industrial, techno, dark ambient & ritualistic sounds, embodying rage-filled distorted vocals, destructive war drums, harsh guitars & abstract noises.

France’s Crystal Geometry joins AXKAN for a militaristic strike of modular chaos and pummeling drums. EBM-infused basslines drive beneath razor-sharp synth fire, rallying the midnight faithful to the front lines.

The first Modal Analysis release for 2021 comes from the New York City producer, Greg Schappert, who has been releasing his music under different aliases over the years. 
Here, with his SC-164 moniker, contributes a five track EP of industrial flavored electro, perfectly rolling along with the Athenian label’s catalogue. 
The Generator EP brings together different broken beat compositions, with emphasis on diverse textures and its genius programming.

Originating in Siberia, Russia, Yulav made the move to berlin in 2019 and has since developed her projects to new heights. Along side some friends she curates a weekly radio show 'Widows Collective', in addition to this she has some exciting digital art projects underway which can be found in the attached links.
