This track was written after, once again, being lied to by a woman. (sorry ladies, but it was).  Its a kind of anti-lovesong and features samples depicting how i felt at that point.  The aggressive nature of the synth riffs in the latter part of the track sums up my anger that week, I deliberately made the synths scraping to the senses. Also i had watched Woodstock the previous evening and felt compelled to include a guitar at the beginning.

One of those bash ya head moments, and i was stoned so the jazz trumpet arrangement was essential.  Also once again using samples from the masterpiece that is 'Love Honour & Obey'.  Cheeze Graterz bit my fucking hand off for this track :)

Proving to be the most popular tune.  Inspired by so many things including driving to Monte Carlo in a DB9, combined with a sexy break and chants from the boss, Melle Mel.  The most successful for a reason i guess
