This season, I share my grief journey with you and how music, among other things, has played a big role in my own healing.  In this episode, I'm talking about Denial, numbness, and shock; which is a normal reaction to a death or loss and should never be confused with "not caring." I also share a clip from a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, KC James, who helps others navigate their way through the pain of loss. Enjoy!
