Quasi-Fuga V [Organ MIDI] (subject from "Άκρα του τάφου σιωπή", ''Utmost silence like in a grave")

I was born in Athens, and grew up in Santorini. I am currently a graduate student at the Graduate Program of Clinical Psychology (MSc) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I have studied Psychology (BA) at the same university, and in December 2017 I graduated as a valedictorian, getting an honors degree. For having the best score at the Panhellenic Examinations, in my Department, I was granted a full scholarship by the Hellenic American Union, in order to study Music Theory and Composition at the Hellenic American College, with prof. Theodore Antoniou. I also studied piano performance at the National Conservatory of Athens, with prof. Savvas Zafeiropoulos. I graduated last January, gaining the Piano Diploma (Unanimously “Excellent” and 1st Prize). I am academically interested in Freudian and structural (Lacanian) psychoanalysis. In specific, I am interested in the interference of the unconscious and desire in musical performance and creation, and in the depiction of various psychoanalytic principles via the music symbolic. I have taken part in academic lectures with speeches regarding the Oedipus complex and the problematics of the unconscious desire and “jouissance” in the works of Sergei Rachmaninoff and in “The Rite of Spring” by Igor Stravinsky.For my academic achievements, I have been honored with the “Pantia Ralli Scholarship” by the University of Athens and with the “President’s Award for Academic Achievement” by the Hellenic American College. 
I am simultaneously a Lacanian Psychoanalysis trainee at the Athenian Forum of the School of the Lacanian Field (IF-EPFCL).
