Original idea for this song:
Take my strategy. If the nature of the majority is such: pliable, envious, prone to change, then neither law nor moral conviction will keep them in obedience. Law is only a paper shell, existing only as long as there is force behind it. As soon as force disappears, respect for norms disappears, loyalty disappears, and the fear of punishment. We have seen this in every fall of states, in every collapse of a dynasty, in every betrayal of allies. Where there was no force, the law became nothing. But strength does not lie in shouting or in cruelty for the sake of cruelty. But do not be a tyrant, but an architect of power. Know that true strength is not brutal pressure, but a quiet inevitability. It is when no one dares to cross the line, not because you shout, but because you inspire a sense of inner limitation. It is when you are respected not for your words, but because words are always followed by actions. In a world without justice, your security rests not on how right you are in the eyes of others, but on how inconvenient you are to destroy. You can be anything you want, moral, generous, even kind, as long as you have the resources to make your words count and your actions irreversible. 

However, force must be used skillfully. Blind cruelty breeds rebellion, rudeness destroys the image. Skillful power is always measured. My great-grandfather advised using cruelty once, sharply, suddenly, but with a clear goal, so that it would be possible to build order later. Cruelty, stretched out over time, causes disgust, but decisiveness shown in time causes respect. This is not only about politics. This is about life in general in relationships, in business, in society. If you do not know how to set boundaries, if you do not instill a sense of consequences, you become a target.
