"This magical record label has become an essential 'instrument' and frequency of the soundscapes and journeys that shape the Apukuna sound. In recent years as I've cultivated the Apukuna sound, the more I immersed into the NUMA releases, the more I found myself witnessing and experiencing the essence of NUMA in its entirety - as a tribe of medicine music makers. One thing that has gotten clear to me over the past few years is the importance of unplugging from the fear so we can tune into the intelligence that rests within us all.   This guided sound journey was created with the intention of supporting you to unplug from the outside fears and distractions so you can tune in with the wisdom that passes through you.  



The more we let go of fear and engage with compassion, love and empowerment and  into the possibilities of creating and co-creating the kind of world we want to live in, the more we stay in tune with flow and highest good for all.

I recommend to listen on headphones while lying down comfortably on your back for biggest impact. Make sure to drink lots of water afterwards. 

This Sound Healing Journey was recorded with loving intentions during the Winter Solstice Dec 21st 2022 to offer a tool for aligning, balancing and harmonizing our energy centers in order to be able to integrate and apply incoming high frequencies better. The more resonant and harmonically aligned we become the better those energies can serve us on our journey. 

This journey is a sonic alchemy between ancient and modern sound healing technologies.

It contains recordings of classical sound healing instruments like Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and a Shamanic Drum as well as cutting edge frequency modulation synthesis and binaural brainwave entrainment to allow for deep relaxation, realignment and healing.

This sonic attunement uses a 528 Hz frequency pulsed as an isochronic tone of 4,5 Hz - also refered to as a state of shamanic consciousness.

The “Theta state vibrates between 4 – 7,5Hz and is associated with deep meditation, intuitive receptivity, healing and relaxation as well as enhanced creative abilities and profound insights.

The Shamanic Drum supports to ground and connect with the earth and it can help to move stagnant energy.

7 crystal bowls attuned to the resonance frequencies of the main energy centers of the body (“chakras”) and tuned to the cosmic tuning of 432 Hz are played one after the other to activate and balance the energy flow in those centers. This can allow stagnant energy to flow and remove energy blockages.

Each Chakra is being atoned for 6 min with the according Singing Bowls and drones and pads that have been created by sound design of the original bowl recordings, so all sounds have an organic origin.

All the sounds and frequencies are modulated in divine numbers and proportions like the golden mean ratio and digits of 3,6,9.
