Calmaria is the first act of Acta Recordings, previously named AVNT Recordings. The label went through a rebranding and reconfiguration to better represent a new generation of emerging artists, specially from Brazil and Latin America.

Acta Recordings aims to be a sheltering space for divergent and limitless creative artists, gender-bending through Pop and Obscure music. We're designing a new and exciting home, from scratch and within the possibilities of our resource availability in a socio-political complicated country - collectively world-building and terraforming in inhospitable places.

Influenciado principalmente pelas paisagens sonoras mais peculiares dos nichos do Funk paulistano, Iguana costura elementos melódicos, percussivos e texturais que desafiam os limites de gênero.

Hailing from the east side of São Paulo, Iguana is a cryptic producer who pushes Baile Funk into obscure new territories. 

Influenced mainly by the most peculiar Baile soundscapes of São Paulo’s niches, Iguana weaves in genre-defying melodic, percussive, and textural elements.
