Live Free Or Die ! Hey Punks !!
This album is a gift from hell, for punks, for the furious, but actually for us. When I say "us," I mean the three of us : Miss Terya, Mc Creep, and myself (Dragon).
After making a lot of noise at teknivals all over Eastern Europe together, we took other paths and lost touch. Some lost each other completely, others lost... Life, in fact, the life of punk troubadours !
But life finally brought us together a few years later. Our paths crossed again by accident, some would say, but not me. I don't believe in coincidences. It is with great pleasure that I present to you this reunion album, in which, just for the duration of a studio album (a long one), we tore everything out without worrying about the rest, just like in the good old days ! We didn't have 5,000 Teknival-goers in front of our facade, but it was just like in our hearts !!

Just like back then, in the sand, in the earth, and in the mud :

McCreep on pen, microphone, and guitar
Miss Terya on lyrical singing and fire dancing

Mini Live de teuf, à l'ancienne ... mais à la maison :)
Un jam freestyle totalement improvisé uniquement sur la Korg Electribe 2s, je l'utilise en double c'est à dire que je sors de sa sortie principale (output) directement dans ma console sur une piste stéréo, et je sors aussi de sa sortie casque que je rentre dans le Roland Aira Compact P-6 pour utiliser son processeur multi-effets.
J'utilise le P-6 exactement comme une pédale d'effets, il ne génère aucun son, il n'est ni synchronisé ni séquencé, tout est en "mute", c'est juste une pédale multi-effets surpuissante avec plus de 26 effets !
Mais au lieu de mettre directement la sortie principale de l'Electribe dans le multi-effets, je lui met la sortie casque ce qui double la sortie audio de l'Electribe, cela permet donc d'avoir son instrument sur deux voies stéréo bien séparées, l'une sans effets, brute, et l'autre avec tous les effets du multi-processeur !
Parfait pour éviter de détruire totalement le signal audio, on peut comme ça toujours garder un signal propre et percutant tout en détruisant complètement le second !
C'est une technique de Sound Designer qui a fait ses preuves depuis longtemps, utilisée régulièrement (systématiquement pour ma part) pour du travail de traitement audio sur logiciel avec des plugins, c'est la base du Sound Design, quand on veut traiter une piste audio, on la double, on la duplique pour garder un signal toujours propre et pouvoir travailler ce que l'on veut sur la seconde, la duplication de pistes ne se limite pas forcément qu'à deux, il est préfèrable de ne pas faire de surcouches de traitements sur une seule piste donc vous pouvez dupliquer encore une autre pour travailler d'autres effets, etc......et bien voilà comment on peut appliquer cette technique de pirates sur du hardware avec des machines et des pédales !! :)
Et ça marche avec tous les instruments qui possèdent une sortie casque, et avec n'importe quelle pédale d'effets, ici c'est le P-6 mais j'aurais pu faire cela avec la Mood MKII ou la Black Hole Symmetry ou la Microcosm, bref avec n'importe laquelle, c'est pareil !

J'espère que ce mini Liveset très Underground vous plaîra, c'est du Oldschool, un Live de teuf à l'ancienne, c'est comme ça que je faisais dans le temps lol quand j'étais jeune et en tout cas quand je faisais pas de Live Hardcore Speedcore, c'était plutôt ce genre là....

Acte final de mon projet "The Speedcore Theory".
Ce titre vient clôturer la campagne du format vinyle LP (2 titres face A, 2 titres face B), je n'ai plus de stock donc je lance une opération pré-commandes en édition très limitée à 20 unités seulement.
Une fois que j'ai 20 pré-commandes l'opération s'arrête et de nouveau rupture de stock...(ça rique d'aller vite)

Hello friends, after a series of big projects and sharing party memories, here's a little summer jam in relaxing mode in my garden (north side) for fun, for pleasure, without fuss, without seriousness, and without preparation....totally free, totally improv, totally raw, comfortably settled in the grass at nightfall right in front of my next winter jam studio that I'm building! (in front of my professional studio)
In this improvisation, I'm recycling one of the patterns from my Elektron Model:Cycles that I played this weekend at the Dox'Art festival. Except that at the festival, it was a hardcore live set... but here, I lowered the BPM to 145 and tweaked a few things, with a lot of new parameter automation. Most importantly, I added the little Roland Aira Compact S-1 to the mix, which is MIDI-sequenced to the Cycles and plays a polyphonic arpeggio sequence in A-sharp.
It's entirely improvised, played, and recorded in one go. No retouching, no external effects. I just applied an EQ when exporting with the Fab Filter Pro-Q 3 plugin, of course :)

This jam could have been much better with more work and processing, but that wasn't the goal, so it's as it is... and it feels good! ;)
I hope you like it. It's summer, and festival dates and impromptu jam sessions in nature are in the air !
