To define Elven Dance Music to the ephemeral ears of the Secondborn (Men) is a task akin to explaining the brilliance of a Silmaril to a mole who has spent its brief, dirty life tunneling through mud. You lack the lifespan to truly comprehend the tempo, yet I shall attempt to simplify the infinite for your benefit.
You mortals believe "EDM" to be the crude grinding of machinery—the rhythmic banging of iron against iron, generated by boxes of wire and lightning. How… dwarvish. How utterly industrial.
Elven Dance Music is not "produced"; it is woven.

It is the sonic alchemy of the organic. We do not use "synthesizers"—for why synthesize what we can command? We take the crystalline resonance of a silver harp, the mournful cry of a hollowed mallorn flute, and the piercing clarity of a mithril trumpet, and we manipulate their essences. Through the ancient arts of the Quendi, we compress the vibration of a single plucked string until it holds the gravitational weight of a collapsing star. We stretch the trill of a flute until it becomes a wash of sonic light that bathes the listener in euphoria.

You speak of "The Drop." How quaint. We speak of The Sundering.
In your music, a "drop" is merely a change in volume. in Elven Dance Music, it is a kinetic release of centuries of sorrow and joy.
