This audio was created on Tuesday, February 10, 2014. It was the processing of a metronome click multiple times though several chained effect units. Drums were added later. Track made on the fly with no edits, just plugins to tame some of the sounds. 

The Morning Commute

Movement I: Start time 3am.

Note: I thought someone was trying to knock one of the boards off of the gate outside my bedroom window. I put on my pants and shoes, went around the back of the apartment. No one was there, no knocking. Went back inside to hear the same knocking. Opening the window and looked outside, no one was there. Knocking continues. The sound is way to loud to be made from just rain or water drops. Sounds like a ball peen hammer on wood. Conclusion: my apartment is built on an ancient metronome grave site. Very inconvenient at 3am.
