"This mix was actually the first practice take I did - very off the cuff and perhaps a little rough around the edges, but I thought it would be a better representation of my current DJ style than meticulously planning every moment and transition. Generally speaking the only guide rail I had for it was a desire to do a bit of a reversal of the usual “chiller music and then build the intensity” style and start off with some juke-y, ravier elements and end the mix with a bit more of a heads down psychedelic 4x4 moment. There are a number of forthcoming bits from myself in there to showcase what’s coming in the next few months, plus brand new and unreleased music from some friends like Hodge, Nick León, and Erik Luebs."

Dans un futur apocalyptique, le temps semblait se dissoudre dans un paysage de désolation. Les jours se fondaient les uns dans les autres, marqués par un ciel constamment gris et un air lourd de poussières. Les horloges avaient cessé de fonctionner depuis longtemps, laissant les survivants sans repères, perdus dans un éternel crépuscule.

La civilisation s'était effondrée, victime de ses propres excès. Les villes autrefois vibrantes n'étaient plus que des carcasses de béton, envahies par la végétation et hantées par le silence. Le monde était devenu un endroit hostile, où les rares ressources restantes étaient farouchement disputées.

Les histoires du passé semblaient désormais des contes de fées, des échos d'une époque révolue où le temps était un allié, non un ennemi. Chaque lever de soleil était accueilli avec appréhension, chaque coucher avec un soupir de soulagement. L'humanité, réduite à quelques poches éparses de survivants, luttait pour subsister, cherchant désespérément à préserver ce qui restait de la vie.

Dans ce décor de fin du monde, le temps n'était plus qu'un concept abstrait, une mesure inutile dans un univers où chaque instant était une lutte. Le futur était incertain, mais l'espoir, bien que ténu, persistait. Car tant qu'il y avait des battements de cœur, il y avait encore un avenir à imaginer, même au milieu des ruines.
