Cyber- is a prefix derived from "cybernetic," which comes from the Greek adjective κυβερνητικός meaning skilled in steering or governing (Liddell and Scott, Greek-English Lexicon). It is used in the terms cybersex, cyberspace, cyberpunk, cyberhomes and cyberhate, but has been largely surpassed by e-.[1][3] Cyber- also largely maintains semantic and contextual accuracy, in that cybernetic denotes control of speech and functional processes. To the extent that it is used in the computer or electronic context to denote control (typically electronic or remote) of the thing represented by the word it precedes, it is used accurately. For example, see cyborg under the History section of this article. To the extent that cyber- is used to describe entities existing (or events occurring) in cyberspace, its use is arguably accurate as well. However, the term cyberspace (one of the earliest and most widespread uses of the prefix cyber-) was itself one of the least semantically accurate uses, in that cyberspace is not actual space electronically or remotely controlled. Thus "virtual space" or "virtual universe" would have been a more semantically accurate term, although arguably lacking the existential connotation provided by cyberspace. Press Release 
The ‘Warpath’ LP from Maztek set a precedent and not just for him as an artist. It proved that independent figures can break out on their own and in doing so, can deliver cutting edge music through their own platform, garnering just as much support from the entire drum & bass as they would have done on a more mainstay imprint. And the ‘Warpath’ LP was also significant because of the fact that it was used to launch Maztek’s 0101 Records platform, which has since gone on to host many artists who are acting as pillars of the wider scene, bringing fresh sounds to the table and delivering the upfront music which has come under Maztek’s radar.
It’s these same artists who are about to take the ‘Warpath’ LP into another dimension, drawing from its original track list and offering their own versions of Maztek’s production. From the hectic world of Merikan, who draws for his signature through his rework of ‘The Dirt’, through the take on Maztek’s ‘Come Closer’ by Insomniax, there’s a range of producers who are brought into the fray to present the album from their own worlds. Trio Inward, Hanzo and Randie get their hands on collaboration ‘Gladiators’ featuring Gridlok, whilst ‘Pandemonium’ is given the VIP treatment by Maztek. Disprove follows in quick succession with his twist on the title-track alongside Ben Verse. Korsakov stalwart Droptek draws ‘It’s On’ with Virus Syndicate into his own sonic landscape and historic drum & bass figure Optiv introduces listeners to his reimagining of ‘What You Got’. MC Mota’s vocals are taken into a new frame by Synth Ethics with ‘The Breaker’ and Kiril then has his turn on Maztek & Aeph’s ‘Trajectory’. Up next, relative newcomer Phonetick gives a more lumbering motion to ‘Electronic Warfare’, keeping the same chaotic bass riffs as the original with Redpill and Maztek’s expert manufacturing. 
For one final time on 0101 Records, Signs remixes ‘Cheeky Dub’ and highlights why they were such a formidable force before their split. Then RedPill makes another appearance although this time through his own rendition of ‘Shake the Foundation’. Then before the appearance of Insomniax, Current Value delivers his manic patches of synthesis across ‘Timeless’.
As the remix album closes, it signifies just how far Maztek has come as a producer. From his beginnings on some of the most pivotal labels, through to setting up his own, he’s made his mark. With the team he now has at his fingertips, he proves this is something which will continue years from the creation of 0101 Records.

The mass of supplicants prostrated just beyond its twisted paws, their pathetic mewling pleasantly caressing the towering feline fiend’s ears as they expressed their divine agony. Drinking up the delicious earmilk of their pain, it reclined languidly in its glorious pedestal; a mass of flesh and sinews with the fine carved bones from the countless many condemned to this realm of eternal torment. Its three eyes rolled apathetically to fall upon one particular beggar, drained of almost all remaining life from her years pennance, spent at the foot of the infernal throne, worshipping the glory of pain in all its truth and crying for salvation. The utter futility of this endeavor suddenly dawned on the great cat, as the constancy of myriad calls made for escape fell upon his ears at once. Suddenly annoyed by this ever-present sound, he reached out, spearing the pathetic being before him with a claw and flinging her from into rock and into the depths of the molten river below. His eyes watched her form ignite and fade in the heat, her soul joining others to be swept into its current on a journey to be reborn as pitiful lesser devils elsewhere in the plane. How benevolent an act, the cat thought to itself, freeing the pitiful creature from her suffering for a brief moment and more even - giving her the opportunity of such an esteemed metamorphosis. Even though the pathetic fiend she would be reborn as would hold not even a candle to his own magnificence, it would still be a marked improvement against the limits of her prior flesh. Sated by his own thoughts, he leaned forward once, rotating his vast ears to better drink in the fresh desperate energy of the remaining supplicants. Its hideous mouth opened to a wide, sharp smile, revealing cruelly serrated fangs that shone unnaturally with a umbral hue. “A reward for my benevolence,” he thought as he plucked the nearest wretch from the rock with a single talon, his pupils sharpening with focussed malevolence as he tossed them into his fur-lined maw. Satisfied, his hunger temporarily sated, there was but one thing left to do. He would take a nap.

Biography

Ika Sali by own name Michal Salaganic(1981) comes from east Slovakia from Presov city. He met with the electronic music very soon around his 14 years. In this time he knew artists like AphexTwin, Plastikman aka Hawtin, Orbital, Underworld, Chemical Brothers and many more, but also slowly and for sure techno side of electronic music.
Thanks to them he knew what will be next way in his life. Inspired by the music that he heard, playing and making electronic music by himself became only in the natural progression.
In 1997 he got his first computer and began producing his own music. One year on this, he has started to buy a vinyls and play also like DJ. With his friends he created  techno booking and start organized first local real techno parties where it was possible.
With new powerful computer Ika start producing music professionally and besides he play and produce techno he also "waste" time with other his favorite styles of electronic music like minimal, minimal house, techhouse, but also ambient, IDM, chill out etc..
His first officially releases comes in 2004 when he became a part of the techno labels 773tekno-records (Chicago/USA) and Techhead-rec.(Greece) , where besides other releases his tracks on vynil, next to artists like Bando, Patrik Skoog, Tim Xavier, Balthazar,John Karagis and other. In this same year also release his minimal house album "My Rhythm" on German label Night-drive-music from which many world DJs use tracks in their sets like one from techno founder Kevin Saunderson. Next release was also successfully electronic listening album "Viewing" on Cosmic playroom.
But all this was only start way to get his music to outside world.....
Ika played at the many parties or festivals in his or other countries with famous djs like Hardcell, Takaaki Itoh, Henrik B, Olga/Jozef aka Loktibrada, Echoplex, Rumenige aka Toky, Wittekind, Plus, Supagrupa and many many more....
About past three years came change in Ika's music mind and produce&play music under about 135bpm with point of more intelligent music direct, what you can see in his latest releases. With this also start use midi controller with notebook in DJing.
In his sets you travel on music board combine from minimal, house, techhouse, deephouse or all kind of techno, where you of course very often meet his own tracks.....
In present he always accrediting his DJing, prepares his new releases and manage his label Sajgon records...
