This is a popular gospel song, written by Harry Dixon Loes (1895--1965) and performed by many gospel, folk and bluegrass performers.  This is a rather bluegrassy arrangement by D.B. Neff, originally for twin fiddles, which I've found at:

It's in the key of G, modulating to D, with five different variations of the tune being traded between the two mandolin voices.
