(The story:)
A child, he strolled into the forbidden garden and listened to its floral, fungal, lophophoral and ayahuascan inhabitants. To humans, he talked about what he had gathered in these excursions. It's hardly ever the plants who forbid entry, he said, the flaming-sword angel was installed only by human grandiosity. It's not all paradise either, he continued, you'd better learn to tiptoe around some areas. He was certain that the current disconnect made us less than we originally were. Sadly, the highway of reason features no roundabouts or off-ramps, leads to uninhabitable wastelands. He remained optimistic for he saw our toy highways only as fancy ornaments in a garden far larger than human comprehension. Once play-time is up, we will re-emerge in the real.

this one talks through his nostrils
for only the nosy apes will know
about bright, invisible landscapes
their tree is rooted in, deeply

this one is water walking the desert
to sit with, to dance with, to listen
to fountains and mountains, to mushroom
mycelium, to planets and plants

this one creates convergence

Someone asked me if making music in an abstract way would make the music separate from my existence and lead me to deny myself.
 In order to testify that this is the music that I came up with, I created a song that was abstracted after having the testimony first listened to.
 I played the muted trumpet in a sequence often heard in techno, and sprinkled my favorite sounds in the background. This is the part where my tastes are well infused.
 After this, there are a number of parts that have been completely destroyed in order to break away from the mediocre techno music.
 And I think I was able to present the conclusion that abstracted music proves my existence.

This week's Junto is to make something inspired by a nursery rhyme. Wales has many wonderfully evocative and sometimes frankly bizarre nursery rhymes, I went with one of the former "Tŷ Bach Twt" (Little Tidy House" - in which our protagonist will be forever content listening to the wind blowing on his door every morning and watching the waves outside.  I took the notes and played around on my keyboards a bit to evoke the wind and waves, though it ended up a little darker than I was intending - probably because I can hear the wind and waves outside my studio and I am feeling a bit chilly!
