IL4K (il-4k) 

IL4K is an acronym that has a number of deep meanings. 

1. IL4K = I Live 4 Kandi
2. IL4K = Kali Ma 
3. IL4K = ? ? ?

Among them all, IL4K captures and best represents the music production and live performance alias of Jozsef Kali – 23 year old producer, digital artist, and multimedia ghost-design company founder. 

Ever since he was 14 and exposed to the driving bass and strobe lights of the underground clubs of Hungary, Germany, and various other Central European venues during his visits with family – he understood what he felt most passionate about. Going back and forth between the two metropolitan areas of the United States and Europe really has given him a lot of food for thought, inspiration, and diversity. 

Over the last 9 years, the IL4K persona has evolved from appearances at Florida-based underground festivals, Miami hotspots, and finally international nightclubs – but has remained true to experimental, immersive, and higher-purpose nightlife. Conjuring these elements in the studio and on the fly – one can always expect to hear dark, ambient, but glitchy soundscapes. This new, versatile, yet focused genre lends itself to the name “Elektech.”

Today, the focus has shifted to live production, mastering, and performing on various live DAW's such as Ableton with custom MIDI triggers, step-sequencers, synthesizers, etc..
