Ilaria, Born in 1985
Followed the paths of many artists and attended the "saint louis Center" in Rome.
Her First teacher, Marco D'angelo opened her eyes to the true origin of soul and she would often participate in workshops and master
classes with Jazz legends such as Barry Harris, Jeff Ballard, Susanna Boots and many others.
Her Love for music started from just 10 years old as she participated in italian gospel choirs
Capponis first solo live performance was at age 14 accompanied by her father, covering a range of true artists such as Janis Joplin and
Lauryn Hill.
It was closely followed by a four piece funky soul band which opened up a new world of possibilities. She then collaborated with a rapper
and beatboxer and produced an LP. She also performed at Rap and Freestyle evenings, DJ Sets, Beatbox and Hip Hop Dance competitions,
Showcasing her unique original music. Her talent was quickly picked up by company Ritmi Sotterranei and Alessia Gatta. She continued to
perform at festivals and contests.
Her multi instrumental skills led her to perform live with her own alternative backing tracks and she found a passion for Live Vocal DJ
Sets. She has since then performed on many stages as accompanied artists such NOEMI and Max Scopetta.
