SynthForce & DJ Ransome drop this impressive 2 track gem on Soul Deep Digital. "Dark Matter", starts things off with it's heavy atmospherics, gritty bassline, snappy drums, and masterfully layered synths.  "Urban District", is the second masterpiece from the duo, which shows off their more Jazzy side.  The song features Rhodes like chord stabs, heavy shuffling drums, a layered bassline, and an uplifting horn section.  Dreamy!!

'Tick tock, 2 o’clock, and the room is slowly rising. Enter ‘Apichada’, Marcus Meinhardt’s newest euphoria-soaked offering on Lost On You. With all the majestic techno action you’ve come to expect plus two special remixes from Darin Epsilon and FreakMe, Lost On You’s latest outing is already one for the 2019 highlight reel.

With ‘Apichada’, Meinhardt has crafted a 6-minute explosion full of mysterious flavours, revealing themselves n spiralling echoes and glimpses of percussion amidst the huge tones of his techno palette. A backdrop of loose glass patterns leaving rainbow acid trails every time they shake. Analogue flavours so crunchy they sink their teeth into your sense of perception, turning the world into the mad crimson apocalypse of Marcus Meinhardt’s mind, 124 times a minute. .’Apichada’ is non compos mentis, and a powerful weapon for any discerning selector.

First up on remix duties is Darin Epsilon, who morphs ‘Apichada’ into a powerful house chugger laced with all the right ingredients; crisp hats, meandering snares and a swampy low-end give his remix the hypnotic edge to slide into your set with zero friction and maximum energy. A slow-burner that culminates in a rousing flare-shot from the cosmos, and you just keep on dancing.

The EP sizzles on with remix #2, this time from FreakMe. The Italian producer and disk jockey hits the track with that signature epic mood, steering and driving it into the upper limits of melodic spirituality. With a colossal, fuzzed-out bassline and a breakdown that feels like the end of the world, this is one for togetherness on the dancefloor when the early hours are dawning.

Mosaic - Airspace

Rising out of Sri Lanka's electronic underground is Serendeep. Of significant origin, the label's name is derived from the word 'Serendib'. A term given to the country by the Persian Empire during their reign many years ago. Founded by Danidu and Hasith, Serendeep is a digital imprint created with the intent of further invigorating the country's electronic scene, while also creating a greater presence for it on a global scale. As an open concept, Serendeep looks to nurture new talent from the country's pool of up and coming producers, while also playing host to key international artists. Deep and melodic in ethos, it seems only appropriate that the label's inaugural release come from one of Sri Lanka's brightest stars in Subandrio. The Colombo resident got his career off to an amazing start in 2015 with an EP for Cid Inc's Replug Records. It was this showcase that paved the way for his now distinctive and much loved sound, as he then went on to appear on Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music. Now widely regarded as one of the scenes foremost talents, Subandrio begins 2019 with 'Moas Gone' alongside a remix from Hernan Cattaneo and Audio Junkies. 

Drawing on a variety of fresh designs and sleek rhythmic concepts the EP begins with its title and showcase piece 'Moas Gone'. On a backbone of punchy beats comes smooth contoured bass and a lively percussive cadence. Subtle yet stirring, a wispy atmospheric glow encases the framework, as gentle chord stabs and melodic clusters converge in a perfect sonic marriage. The narrative shifts as the breakdown commences, gently purring as esoteric themes intertwine on a course towards musical enlightenment. The companion piece 'Reevolve' finds Subandrio returning to the peak time sensibilities that he's become so loved for. From its full, wonky groove comes squelchy stabs and hypnotic arps. Gaseous sweeps and percussive flurries build a subtle tension, segueing perfectly into a tripped out centrepiece. A realm within the story, the break melts down to  spiritual symphonics, free flowing in nature and elevating the mood before building to a rush of psychedelic audio. 

The lone interpretation of 'Moas Gone' is provided by Hernan Cattaneo and Audio Junkies who are a production trio that needs no introduction. Hernan Cattaneo is one of the world's most beloved DJs and his Sudbeat Music imprint is widely regarded as one of the best in its field. Audio Junkies are a Tel Aviv based production duo who have been crafting unique and inspiring electronic music since 2006. Appearances on Diynamic, Sincopat, Suara and Sudbeat highlight their meticulous discography, while they continue to travel the world showcasing their unique DJ skills. Having previously collaborated on remixes for Henry Saiz and Monkey Safari, Hernan Cattaneo and Audio Junkies now begin 2019 with a stunning rendition of 'Moas Gone'. Smooth, spacious and meditative its borderless approach is fresh and dynamic. Warm undulating bass, meandering atmospheres and heartfelt musicality highlight the first act, before smooth chord changes and soulful wails shift energy into a glowing finale. Taking a cue from the original the trio have crafted a timeless beauty that's sure to cross over into a broad range of DJ sets. It rounds out what is an auspicious beginning for Serendeep, one that resonates on a deeper level; emanating elegance, charm and maturity while foreshadowing what promises to be an exciting future amongst the industry's elite.

Some of our favorite compadres in the premiere game have to be the lads of SlothBoogie, Danny and Pat. Since their humble beginnings as a music channel, the two have branched out considerably the past few years; getting their hands involved in everything from promotion to running their own record label. In fact, the purpose of today's post is to help them mark an important milestone in SlothBoogie history - the fifth installment of their ever-popular EDITZ series. Like previous releases, Danny and Pat have managed to secure a spectacular cast of talented producers for their compilation. The 4 track EP includes everyone from seasoned veterans like Carlo and Luvless to promising up and comers like Zak Degenhardt of Cassettes For Kids.

Although the originals from those guys sound absolutely phenomenal, the one we chose to premiere today is actually a first for the group who rounds out the record - Bondi Bondi. Based out of Buenos Aires, this trio consists of notable DJs and producers Pabels, Signo, and Way. Much like the music they curate as individuals, the goal of the band seems to be 100% beach vibes with a strong emphasis on bringing classic disco and afro music to the forefront once again.

One of those tracks happens to be a Michael Cooper hit from 1987, which acts as the inspiration for their edit "Dinner 4-2." Taking the ridiculously romantic original, Bondi Bondi have decided to create the ultimate DJ weapon for setting the mood by upping the song's tempo and adding in a dancefloor assortment of bass, oceanfront ambiance, and groovy synth melodies.

Press Info: "We continue to expand our international family to India, as we welcome Vridian and his Fragments EP. It includes a collaboration with compatriot Siddhant Jain and remixes by label-returning artists Kotu and LADS.

Main title track "Fragments" is a club-oriented production, that combines vivid synth leads with an impactful off-beat, that creates a hypnotic groove, that is supported by smartly processed percussions, that only fill the necessary space needed to push the track forward, while reserving an open space for the production to breath and unfold.

"Virtuous Pursuit" complements the release as an organic and subtle piece, that builds an atmosphere through vocal chants with sustaining reverbs and subtle synth pads, accompanied by harmonic bells. 

Kotu further explores the dreamscapes from the original, while adding an energetic drum loop, further underlined by a pulsating bassline, creating a unique spin.

LADS play with an array of interesting FX procedures while introducing a beefy bassline, that takes over the main lead, for a bold and intense club remix, that keeps tension high and never loses focus from the things it tries to achieve."
