Underground System returns to Razor-N-Tape with the Looking In EP - a 5-track offering of fresh originals and remixes. Ranging from low-slung balearic grooves, to driving left-field funk and urgent uptempo backbeats, the record is a fine-tuning of the US sound, complete with their signature flute and synth soundscapes, driving percussion, and catchy offbeat vocal hooks. On the B-side, RNT mainstays Nenor and Clive From Accounts take two of the tunes into clubbier territory, with a pair of remixes primed for the dance floor.

You know what to expect from Bondax. The group gained prominence primarily as a result of BBC Radio, initially through BBC Introducing Lancashire before receiving BBC Radio 1 airtime from a range of DJs including Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac. Bondax's sound has often been described as genre-transcending; Moses Wiener of Dazed details the band's sound as "the aural equivalent of sipping an ice-cold Pimms on the balcony of your council estate flat.” This is the fifth single from Bondax since their comeback at the end of 2021, with the latest single on Future Disco added to the BBC 6Music B-list and Spotify’s New Music Friday Dance. Featured artist on their upcoming single has also released on Ninja Tune, worked with global touring band Jungle and has been MOBO nominated.
‘Energy' featuring Andreya Triana, Is a hazy, melancholic future classic. Rolling straight into a groovy bass accompanied by flanging guitar licks, the track comes to life with Andreya’s soulful vocals as if she is the last piece of the jigsaw. Her harmonies, supported by effortless strings and chords which float up and down, have a warm and rich soulful feel. This one will lull you into a state of bliss!

We’re very happy to welcome on board JackWasFaster for our 12th release at LATIDO.
JackWasFaster, born and based in Madrid, has spent the last few years contributing to the effervescent Spanish scene with releases/remixes on Rotten City, Factor City, Latido or Playground. He has played live/dj sets at Sonar, FIB, Brunch, Mad Cool, Paraiso, Mondo or Razzmatazz. His tracks have been played and supported by many artists that we admire such us Andrew Weatherall, Massimiliano Pagliara, Curses, Terr, Echonomist or Mugwump to name a few.
In this new Ep, The South, Manu Cachero shows some of his main hallmarks. Thrilling synths, intoxicating and unexpected melodies, and a cosmic and synthetic envelope that teleports you to a new dimension. From the detuned and intricate synth lines of the sparkling title track, to the acid rush of “Silver Ships”, to end up on the killer and mental bassline of “It Started In Jamaica”.
Along with the three original tracks on the EP, there are two amazing remixes by the unmistakable Freudenthal, and the always forceful Señora, to make The South a magnificent Ep.
