I´m so stoked to be releasing this recording I made towards the start of the year, on a platform so dear to my heart <3 
When I first discovered the realm of so called Downtempo music 3 years ago in one of my favourite spots now Beate Uwe, it moved something in me and taught me to take in music differently. Of course I needed more input and sources to find more of this amazing music, and Something Slow was one of the first ones I delved deep into discovery mode which makes this such a full circle moment for me personally. 

I was honestly hesitant at moments in the past months whether or not I was going to release this mix, at times I doubted that it was worth it. However I recently played it in the car whilst driving back from a festival and I was super pumped the whole car ride listening to it, so my perception of it changed again I guess. 

With that said I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did, thank you Something Slow!

"oozy vol.1" is the first part of a compilation featuring artists from the ‘’ТОН workshop’’ participant program.
At the end of 2021, the founder of the community, Mikhail Bert, began to form a vibrant community of musicians, artists, and performers, providing them with a platform and ideas for collaborative performances. Over time, the community grew larger and larger, leading to the creation of this compilation and eventually the formation of the label.
ТОН is conceived as a platform for a variety of community activities, whether online or in real life, where participants can exchange ideas and collaborate. At the same time, ТОН actively encourages the organization of real-life events and performances to create interaction between artists and audiences in an offline environment.

The album RECHARGE is released on Cygnus Music. It is an emotional reflection on the events of the last few years, clothed in a holistic musical form, and at the same time an exposition of the reboot of the author's style, which has developed into a bright eclecticism, which will be manifested in the sound aesthetics of six more singles planned for 2024. Recharge is a combination of lo-fi melodies and harmonies - atmospheric music with a dense groove of garage and breakbeat music from 130 to 137 BPM.

This album is music for careful listening, which has proven itself on the dance floor - in combination with atmospheric and aesthetic, but danceable breakbeat and garage (a live set recording will be posted after the release).

wellp.... here we are. today is the day, that we bring you the very last final track for our compilation, Feel Trip, Vol. 1 <3
this entire album has been such a dreamy experience. there was so much work and time and effort that went into it and i really can't believe it's already over! all of these extremely talented artists really came together to make something truly magical and inspiring happen, and now we are off to an incredible start with Night Owl Collective and the future is already looking really promising and exciting. today's song is by none other than the one and only Jade Cicada! you may have seen his name floating around a bit because he has done almost all of the mastering work for all the songs we released. a quick shout out to him for that- he really did amazing work and if you need some mastering done, he is definitely the guy to go to! anyway- back to the business. this song from him actually seems to be the most highly anticipated track of the album! whether it's the perfect little fart noise before the drop or the super addictive melodies and sound design, it's no wonder that this track was immediately a favorite! i feel like this song is a great way to close the first volume of Feel Trip and we hope you all enjoy it more than ever. after today there will be a little bit of silence from us here at Night Owl Collective, to allow some time for everyone to keep enjoying all these beautiful songs from our first album- but no worries, we have lots of big things planned for the future and will be releasing some really amazing tunes soon! thank you once again for all the incredible support and love. it's been a wild ride. i love you all <3 now....
