Leão is the house alter ego of respected tech producer Robotneedsoil. Here he supplies two killer house tracks that are given the remix treatment by two of the industries current favourites, Kindimmer & Jacob B.

The EP lifts off with the original mix of 'Drop That' and wastes no time getting down to business. Tough beats and throbbing bass meets cool stabs and vocal stabs urging you to "take your body back". The Jacob B remix of the same track is ruthless. Taking no prisoners with a sub heavy mix that never veers from dance floor destruction.

The B-side kicks off with Leão's second original offering. This is house with heavy footwear. 'Something More' stomps, elbows and swings it's way through an intricately placed web of percussion. Kindimmer's Alien Remix subtly uses elements of the original while at the same time segueing into new territory. It’s deep and eerie, soulful and moody. All the things that have made the Berlin based Greek one of the most sought after remixers in Europe.

Nominated Breakthrough Producer at Best of British 2013 and one of the most bookable names in the UK and beyond after big tunes on Needwant, 2020 Vision and Aus, the Belfast-based DJ has decided go his own way with a new label, but it's not exactly what you might expect.

'Rick Flair', 'Skitter' and 'Prototype' show Ejeca, known to his ma as Garry, venturing into pure techno territory. 

Envisioned as a chance to showcase his own stuff alongside emerging talent, Exploris is an exciting prospect for the man who brought us instant UK house classics like 'Horizon', 'Rosario' and 'Together' in 2013.

The man known only as Lord Leopard, has been smashing it on all fronts of late.  When not riding the surf in his local Cornish town, the good Lord has been chalking up stellar releases for the likes of Edible, Classic Music Company, Cajual and Music For Freaks.

Always with a deft ear for hooky club tracks, and a set of dancing feet for a good groove, Lord Leopard delivers the ‘Swipe Right’ EP for Street Tracks, featuring a trio of tasty, slammin’ cuts.

‘Swipe Right’ goes for the jugular; a spirited dance floor jam that evokes the very best in classic house music, its bass and rhythm section coming over like a long lost Danny Tenaglia production, whilst a twisted, looping riff is deployed to arouse the drama already set by a soaring vocal.

‘Ill Vibe’ is cut from similar cloth, with its rattling drums, booming bottom end and a blitz of stabs, one shots and FX’d samples, making for a dope, underground house cut.  Drawing the release to a close, ‘Juiced’ serves up jazzy vibes over clip-cloppety beats, the roots of which lie in that Chicago/Paris house sweet spot that Lord Leopard always hits so well with every release.

As proven in music history's tracks records, every now and again, amongst thousands of new bands, DJ acts and solo artists, there comes one extraordinary musical force, which changes the course of action for the rest of us. Usually they set a new trend, or a trend within an existing trend, then create a new wave of trends gaining them a huge amount of screaming fans and an ever so growing large number of wannabes and copycats.

franskild is exactly that and more. It is a collaboration between two Denmark based Swedes (tricky, I know, but try and keep up), Love Ojensa and Tim Söderström. When these two get together, collectively they create an utterly fresh and new branch of deep house that is as current as it possibly can be. They are strongly influenced by the blissful sounds and magnificence of the early 80's house tunes, mixed with early '90s break beat French wave, tipped with mid-00's contemporary garage and combined with the highly influential Jacking house.

Their upcoming EP will be released August 2nd and includes the tracks "eden" and "shards". "shards" has already been massively pushed by MixMag, with over  10,000 play in 3 days and growing by the minute.  One of the countless secret ingredients which makes this song stand out from the rest is the perfect blend between a melancholic sound scape and dream – like, happy, seductive and haunting vocals (performed by Love's sister, Rebekka) which leaves the listener wanting more... and more...

franskild's musical empire is rapidly growing since they are about to team up with MAYA JANE COLES, a London based DJ and producer. She's been voted one of the most influential DJs by Rolling Stone, and has already remixed acts like MASSIVE ATTACK and GORILLAZ...

Conclusion? franskild have more than enough ammunition to reach the top of the music food chain, create a new movement in the house scene, and achieve all this to a steady, uniformly accented four-to-the-floor beat.
