Jungle Calling is a compilation made by Djs Govinda & Mikel and inspired by the wild jungle gathering we have been putting up in Goa since few years now. After more then 10 years of experience taking active part in festivals like Boom, Ozora, Sonica, Modem, Blackmoon and others we finally decided to open a record label and release music from our favourite artists selecting tracks from the most known ones like Ajja, Drip Drop, Gaspard and Dsompa. but also some emergent ones like Brain jam, Overload and Dimmitrion to give voice to great new artists that haven't been discovered by the audience yet. The type of sounds that we have been selecting is a mixture of organic feelings, groovy baselines and crunchy leads aiming to take you into a powerful hypnotic experience. The dance floor has been our biggest passion for many years, that's why our hope is that these tunes will bring you into a new dimension like it did to us in the last parties... Electronic music producer, Fabien is the man behind Illegal Machines.
He listen electronic music since he was teenager and start djing psytrance music in 1997.
Then he decides to go to the next step and start to buy equipment and beging to write music.
After few years of practicing, he create the project Illegal Machines and in the meantime he joins the band Terraformers (with Stefan from Total Eclipse and David Shanti).
With this band he released his first tracks on T.I.P. records and performed on major events like Soulclipse festival in Turkey and Boom 2006 in Portugal.
Then he decides to focus on his own project Illegal Machines and start releasing on labels like Bom Shanka , Doof ,Free Radical , Peak , Looney Moon and in 2009 a split album (Between Sanity and Madness feat Bombax) on Free Radical Records.
He joins the force of Bom Shanka Music and started side projects “Illegal Sensations” with the Russian legend Parasense and “Big Scary Monsters” with the full having it duo Psymmetrix.
With over 30 releases with all his different projects and collaborations, and playing all over the globe (Europe , South Africa , Brazil , Costa Rica , Japan , Australia ,Israel etc …) Fabien continues to spread his unique groovy psychedelic style and work on new album .
