i spoke of intention neglected to mention the root
every step a relief in the tension when your weapon is truth
core belief requires no subjective proof
and when your goal is contentment expect resentment when your stillness seems aloof
leak in the roof brings in the sun rays 
a blaze of glory in your story shun the ways
in which you run from the pain
and roll a spliff every day 
as a means to maintain
missed the meaning gleaned a little though my lenses was stained
the love cleanses but my patience was drained
communication had strained, i found it strange
my elation which i thought was our creation lacked foundation 
for a spacious growth caught it in my notes analyzing my summation
analyzing my summations
see a nation of hopeless souls
lacking any vision in ever reaching they goals
every decision that lacks precision is taking its toll
tuck and roll with the punches cause progression is gold
ignore the messages of the masses they dreams was bought and sold
or so i'm told
never spoke bold left my needs in the cold
and though i'm bleeding and seething and reading
insights from myself i grow old

in a war with no enemies
building up my energies
sipping on a remedy
awaiting what is meant for me

spirit is my center piece
so i seek a sense of peace
all my wishes i release
acceptance is what set me free
