Illoy (Born Elie Hachem, October 26th 1994) is a Lebanese Hip Hop artist, music producer, mix engineer, and 1/2 of Lebanese Hip Hop duo LoughaRhythm.

Illoy discovered his love for music at an early age of 9 and started writing lyrics at the age of 14. In 2013, along side with Jnood Beirut, Re7bene, and LoughaRhythm partner Greg, he co-founded a collective known as "Ill Madineh Entertainment". The group released a few songs during 2014 most notably "Bala Hawejiz" and "Bel Siyara", as well as a number of live performances that put the names of all the members on the map. In 2015 Ill Madineh was disbanded and LoughaRhythm was formed in 2016.

Illoy is currently working on his solo music, along side LoughaRhythm's music with Greg, as well as producing for other artists.
