Many producers like to stick to a genre. IllSkillz is not one of those people. His full-length Smash The Parade sets aside any pre-existing notions that a producer must stay lumped in one category. Across the twelve-track album, IllSkillz explores a diverse range of genres. From the hardest electro house and dubstep, to tracks with hip-hop crossover appeal, IllSkillz leaves no stone unturned.
 
Previously released as a Dim Mak single, “Birdz” is grindingly rough electro house with wild LFOs riding on top. “Euphorica” takes a different approach–anthemic, big room dubstep wobbles alongside a beautiful melody sure to leave a lasting impression. The closing track on the album, “Never Step Back”, harkens back to IllSkillz's sound historically. “Never Step Back” lays the superb vocals of Nina expertly overtop of a complex drumstep beat. All it takes is one listen to hear that Smash The Parade fully charts through the realms of electronic music.
