You are not your body alone. Yet using your body will make you feel more alive and connected. It is our portal to experiencing life.
You are not your spirit alone. But it is the prime mover of WHO you are, to which you need to feel the most deeply connected.

The Holy Grails Of Optimal Health

Are you suffering from grief, or sense of loss or other associated feelings?
Now, have you reailzed that while the feeling of loss is very real, and very painful . . . when we dwell or linger, and the feeling becomes a thought, it then has the capacity to feed back into the feeling and keep us trapped in whatever we dwell on, positive or negative: grief, pride, jealousy, anger, vanity and so on.
Having this self-reflective mind, or ego, is an innate part of the human condition now, except that many of us are still unaware that we control the thoughts, and therefore most of our state of being - and when we still the mind, the reality of feelings of being in the world exists, is experienced and then fades again as we return to the only place we should be feeling about: now.

Creating Space For YOURself

Ahhh, the great cosmic joke . . . being able to experience oneness and yet it being almost impossible to communicate through words, as has been evidenced for eons through many others who have also experienced the 'i am' that we all are. ; )
Here is just another way for me to say it, as I shall continue to . . . while impressing upon you that this is still secondary to experiencing it myself in every moment, which is my deepest wish for any and all of you. <3

Explaining The Unexplainable

The ultimate mental health practice, and solution is to actually know and experience letting go of listening to the mind, at will.
Whose will? ;)
Why, YOUR's of course, and therein lies the journey into the self, the holistic self that is much, much more than the mind or self-conscious mind could ever be.

Tuning Out From The Mind

Truth is . . . that life is made up of energy, and the influences around you are constant and constantly changing.
But what does not have to change, is who you are and you know that by knowing how you feel you are, despite the outside influences.
The way through any outside influence is to go inside, feel your own presence, and in that way transcend the situation as needed and when you choose to, which you do not always have to.
We can go with the flow, try to affect the flow or still the inner flow in any situation . . . and it all comes down to conscious awareness and making choice from that place of knowing.
Love yourself, where you are with what you know right now.

Of course not, it has not happened in recorded history and yet there have been peaceful people, communities and more all along.
The way to big peace is for us each to own our little piece of FULL peace within by . . . knowing thyself beyond ego, living respectfully towards all other life.
