A wide spectrum of darkness, discomfort and rage, cured by passion, conviction, and perseverance. These deepest darkest human emotions are released through the music which Illusions Fate creates.

Formed on Halloween of 2006, Illusions Fate wasted no time. Releasing a 3 song demo and playing small gigs around Chicago, they quickly rose up to be featured on several local TV shows and packing some of Chicago’s top venues. 

Illusions Fate has opened for Soil, Mushroomhead, Bobaflex, Michale Graves, Mobile Death Camp, Egypt Central, and many more.

The band embarked on their first U.S. tour and completed nearly 90 live shows in 2012 to support their first album ’The Ghost of Maya’.   

Their next release, the self-titled album featuring the single “Own You”, will be out in Summer of 2013 and will be accompanied by a 3 month tour of the U.S. This tour will bring Illusions Fate to the next level, opening for bands such as Taproot, Hed PE, Psychostick, Primer 55, Great White and many more.
