I made Hokage while watching Naruto. Hokage speaks on the different positions of power i see on the streets and the position of power I as a blacc woman have. "i peep all the haters lurk, cop a bird, make it chirp..." is about a woman i knew in the hood who moved work like noones business and I loved how she did not have to ask for her power, she earned.
