Rick Pier O'Neil started as a DJ in a French club
when he was 14.
A sound technics addict , he became sound engineer and created his first studio at 16.
He started producing his first titles such as Sequential «Chocho Loco »,Tribal Nation « In de ghetto » which led him quickly at the top of the French charts.
He began working with such major labels as Sony Music,Universal,Motown,Polygramm.. as remixer for Kool and the gang, Stevie Wonder......
With the emerging of the house music movement, he set foot overseas and and becomes part on the US musical stage.
The first title realized there ranks 5th in the famous Billboard Chart.
Sussex house « I feel good » will be the beggining with Epic NYC, Japan Sony BMG as an artist remixer such as Donna Summer, Lenny Kravitz,Ultra Nate,Cee Peniston.....
The title "I don't want nobody " created for Cheri Amore (Vocalist today of Armin Van Buuren's tracks) will be a hit in most European countries
as well as in the US. RPO makes rankings on the US Billboard and is acknowledged by the biggest Djs.

Built by his American experience, he decides to create his own music label with dark sonorities much more progressive but also more tribal Underground.
It's a risky career choice but his passion for creativity will always grow stronger.
The label RPO Records and GARBAGE Records will soon played and playlisted by leading Dj like Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed, Boy George,
Anthony Papa, Steve Lawler ..and more . These productions will be compiled all over the world on the best CD : Global Underground, Amnesia,Matinee...
He leaves France and settle in Barcelona. He continues his career as a producer and in thé mean time performs as a DJ in the best clubs in the world.
He starts a residency for Amnesia France Tour, and is one of the first resident in Frisky radio … He then leaves the city of Gaudi for Mexico where he still lives.

Child of soul music and techno, he now produces his own sonorities. Lots of DJ speakeasy about that the RPO Sound ...
He has produced and created over 500 titles up to now under various artist names and surrounds himself with the best vocalists and musicians.
His 30-years long career in the studio or behind the turntables is the proof if needed that the passion for music fuels Rick Pier O'Neil's life.

He is recognized as one the top tastemakers, with a popularity that has been growing worldwide.
RPO's banging beats put him at the centre of the new breed of mixers on the digital DJ rig, easy to see why he has drawn attention and fame.

The Exclusive Series Mix - Episode 16 - Issac Del Olmo

Hello everyone, welcome to PFG, and our weekly round up of everything Progressive, Pumping and Exclusive! The Progcast awaits you, are you ready for the ride?

This week we continue in the company of Tribu Sessions, and today we visit one of the founder members of the collective. After last week's blistering breaks bonanza from Lynsey, our DJ offers us deep progressive rhythms and sinewy melodies, all wrapped up in one sumptuous mix. PFG give it up.... for Dave Nico!

Like so many others Dave’s love for dance music began in the early 1990’s but it was 2000 when he first bought a pair of Technics 1210's, which he still owns to this day. Dave practiced for many hours, perfecting the art of mixing vinyl and eventually playing at the local club on Saturday nights.

He would avidly follow the top trance DJs like Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Above & Beyond at venues across the country and as his passion grew so did his collection of vinyl.
As the digital age become more popular, he reluctantly put his 1210’s to one side and bought a pair of CDJ's and also made the transition from trance to progressive house music.
In 2019 he was invited to join a newly formed group of DJs based in Manchester. So along with an incredibly talented producer and DJ Steve Adams aka "Land Mammal" and the equally gifted Lynsey, they formed the “Tribu’ Collective".

In early 2020, Dave and Steve started their own radio show Tribu’ Sessions which currently has its home on Saturo Sounds.

Dave is continually tracking down the very latest sounds and has recently turned to deep progressive house and techno as he looks for new inspiration. 
Since April 2021, Dave has appeared on Plethora Muzik’s Alchemy Show broadcasted on Istreem Radio showcasing his take on deep progressive house music form labels such as Balkan Connection, Droid9, Mango Alley, Meanwhile, Movement Recordings, Soundteller, Superordinate Music, Transensations Records. G'Day everyone! PFG is back once again delivering another Exclusive Progcast to your sound system; turn it up, push back the furniture and lets get ready to ride!

Continuing into the second of our five week tour of the beautiful continent of Australia, our trip today takes us to the home of one of her longest serving disciples. Melbourne has many a party to thank for due to his crew organising some of the best ones the city has seen... and there's more to come this year. A big shout from me personally, as he's helped me in getting this musical tour of his country out of my head and into fruition, can't wait for you to hear what's coming up today, and the rest of the month! COOKie (Andrew Cook) has been in and around the Melbourne dance music scene for just under 20 years. As a DJ he has performed at almost all major clubs still standing and also played at many outdoor events and festivals. Chief amongst those being Afrikaburn and Rainbow Serpent Festival, highlights of an impressive roster of gigs. 

COOKie now runs the Morning After Agency, which has just celebrated it’s 5th year of touring & representing Domestic & International artists as well as running club and outdoor events, including the infamous annual event The Enchanted Garden Party.

2021 looks to be a promising year for COOKie and Morning After, with the launch of a multi day camping festival scheduled for October called Interstellar Groove Festival. You can find more details for that on the links provided, for now.... ENJOY THE MIX!

Inspired by cycling around the world, the motion, rhythm, and atmosphere of the journey are captured throughout the tracks. The culture of cycling—from the 90s to today—served as a major muse, merged with electronic sounds influenced by many of my favorite musicians. Shane Mullin & Simon Kingston, collectively known as Mulljoy, have been involved in the Irish Club Scene since 2011 and are well known for their melody driven house & techno sound which sees them as regulars in Dublin's biggest clubs. 

The list of DJ’s who demand they warm up for them is illustrious... Guy J, Nick Warren, Patrice Baumel, Guy Gerber, topped by a recent career high -  Sasha & John Digweed at their sold out District 8 show.

Shane and Simon are also part of the 'Melodic' promotion team, serving up a monthly offering of the best progressive, melodic house & techno from the intimate setting of Tengu in Ireland’s capital.  Guests of late  include Guy J, Rosenfeld, Warren, Saiz, Khen and many more over the last 8 years.

Mulljoy are called upon to support the best our scene can offer, so asking them to feature in our Exclusive Series was an easy decision. We’ve danced to their sets many times, so we know that you’re in a safe pair of hands here. Mixed by Shane, we are proud to present our Exclusive Series (Episode Two) - Mulljoy!

The Exclusive Series - Episode 2 - Mulljoy

Juliane Wolf has always been a versatile live act and DJ; one minute you’ll find her destroying the techno floor at Berlin’s Suicide Circus, the next performing an ambient live set at a church in Cologne. She loves to incorporate glimpses of Disco, Synthwave and Acid into her live sound combining them with innovative, fresh experimental sounds of today. 

As well as DJing and live gigs Juliane also discovered the world of producing; diving into analog equipment and exploring the sound of vintage synthesizers which shows in many of her tracks.  Her production works include an album, EP releases and remixes on labels such as Manual Music / MNL, Cinematique, Modern Agenda, Stripped Digital, Droid9 and many others. There’s also a remix for Nick Warren which will be released on The Soundgarden soon! The album ‘Peaceful Heart’ was released on Amber Long’s imprint Honey Drops Recordings in 2017 and went straight into Beatport's Electronica and Progressive House Top Ten. 

Because of her wish to be independent as an artist, she started her own label Wizarding Wolf in May 2019. This has grown into a successful platform for herself and other amazing artists, such as Antrim, Audioglider and Luciano Scheffer. 

This year Juliane also joined the roster of the Origin Presents agency alongside Anthony Pappa, Luke Brancaccio, Steve Parry and others. All in all the future looks bright for this German musical maestro, and we are very happy to help shine a light on her talents. You won’t be disappointed!

The Exclusive Series - Episode 3 - Juliane Wolf

Founder of Bloom Records Label, Golan Zocher's career started at a very young age (17) spinning vinyl in a city where the electronic music scene was just a shadow of Salsa and tropical rhythms.

Having a weekly spot on the only electronic radio station that existed in the late 90’s, (La Super Estacion) Golan would bring the best from what he would call "the core of Underground Electronic Music," the Global Underground Series, direct to his listeners. 

Shortly after, he hosted a more mellow radio show on the same station, between 2002 and 2005, a program called Calma Electrica, Golan also introduced albums from the major underground electronic players like Tosca, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Sasha and Ulrich Schnauss among many others, Golan would present them, and give each one of them a full show just to introduce them to the local audience.

After many years of being away from DJ’ing earlier in his career because of Tinnitus, Golan realized his life didn’t have a meaning without music so he reintroduced himself to the music scene with a different perspective. He is currently working on his own productions and a live set that includes 5 or more musicians all connected through live Ableton to produce live electronic music (flute, violin, vocal, synths, electric guitar, etc).

Golan has a monthly show at the most underground club in Cali called La Central.  He presents his Bloom Crew Live set, featuring singers and musicians and kicking off the night with his mates from the label taking the party to another level.

One thing is for sure there are many more great heights to reach from this brilliant Israeli-Colombian DJ/Producer, including this very special and Exclusive 4 hour set. The Exclusive Series - Episode 4 - Golan Zocher

Our Fifth Exclusive Series Mix takes us to Montreal, Canada and Anais Ley.  

Infused into music from an early age, Anaïs Ley started her Dj career back in 2011 in Montreal. From there, she just followed her heart and was determined to better herself in this art.  Always eager to discover fresh beats, her purpose is to push the boundaries by rising the energy of the room using an unique style, seeking harmony and passion to create the best sonic experience possible.

This mix certainly reflects that. It is an odessey of beautiful styles, heady twists and turns, mouthwatering transitions and in keeping with her audience in this instance, some top class prog.  Anais displays that coveted ability to make already well received tracks sound even better in her hands, but she also brings in plenty of twists turns and originality.  

She doesn't need to develop her own style, that's a given.  Totally original but also conforms to the gold standard of a a great prog DJ when called upon, please give a warm welcome to this fantastic artist and mix.  Anais Ley.
