The starship crew has a day off today because why? Its St. Patricks Day! It's a huge day in the calendar for PFG, as half of the admin team are from or based on the Emerald Isle.  The day when all Irishmen and Women around the world shout 'SLÁINTE MHATH' and party hard! Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Khankra’s passion for electronic music started at a young age and has continued to evolve with time. Khankra’s roots have always been entwined in hypnotic grooves, rolling basslines and driving melodies. 

At 17 he purchased his first set of 1210’s and from there began forging a name for himself in the Dublin scene, playing at nights across some of the city’s best clubs like The Pod, the Button Factory, Traffic, Mono, The Chocolate Bar. 

After a hiatus from the scene, in 2014 Khankra had the opportunity to warm up for industry icon, and personal hero, Sasha at The Button Factory. 

Following this, Khankra teamed up with the Melodic Residents and handed the headphones over to some other industry legends during this time, including Nick Warren, Sebastien Leger, Los Soruba, The Drifter and Guy J on a number of memorable occasions. 

In late 2019, Khankra teamed up with DJ’s Glenn Molloy, Soulfinder and Ger Bozyk to form Fusion Underground. Since then the group have started the Fusion Underground Mix series, which has had some excellent support across the industry and continues to grow.

As we move into 2021, Khankra has a number of Production projects in play, adding to his releases already on Compatible Records. We should also expect to see Khankra and some top acts playing at Fusion Underground gigs in the near future!
