Hello everyone, welcome to PFG, and our weekly round up of everything Progressive, Pumping and Exclusive! The Progcast awaits you, are you ready for the ride?

This week we continue in the company of Tribu Sessions, and today we visit one of the founder members of the collective. After last week's blistering breaks bonanza from Lynsey, our DJ offers us deep progressive rhythms and sinewy melodies, all wrapped up in one sumptuous mix. PFG give it up.... for Dave Nico!

Like so many others Dave’s love for dance music began in the early 1990’s but it was 2000 when he first bought a pair of Technics 1210's, which he still owns to this day. Dave practiced for many hours, perfecting the art of mixing vinyl and eventually playing at the local club on Saturday nights.

He would avidly follow the top trance DJs like Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Above & Beyond at venues across the country and as his passion grew so did his collection of vinyl.
As the digital age become more popular, he reluctantly put his 1210’s to one side and bought a pair of CDJ's and also made the transition from trance to progressive house music.
In 2019 he was invited to join a newly formed group of DJs based in Manchester. So along with an incredibly talented producer and DJ Steve Adams aka "Land Mammal" and the equally gifted Lynsey, they formed the “Tribu’ Collective".

In early 2020, Dave and Steve started their own radio show Tribu’ Sessions which currently has its home on Saturo Sounds.

Dave is continually tracking down the very latest sounds and has recently turned to deep progressive house and techno as he looks for new inspiration. 
Since April 2021, Dave has appeared on Plethora Muzik’s Alchemy Show broadcasted on Istreem Radio showcasing his take on deep progressive house music form labels such as Balkan Connection, Droid9, Mango Alley, Meanwhile, Movement Recordings, Soundteller, Superordinate Music, Transensations Records.
