Get ready for power house Vanita and her new EP - Theory of Everything!

Inspired by an ever growing love for House and Techno music throughout her teenage years and the vast variety of unheard artificial sounds created with the help of synthesizers, both analogue and digital, Vanita took to DJing. She played her first ever club set at the tender age of 19 before she started to become involved in music production in 2010, first working with several friends before embarking on a solo tip to sharpen and refine her studio skills over the years to come. 

Her new EP Theory of Everything clearly shows the development of the young and rising artist over the last few years. Strong, powerful, impressive and an incredible dance floor banger. Both tracks are out now on the infamous Berliner Label KATERMUKKE!

Anatomically speaking, “Lava Lava” grows from a sleek arrangement. But once you hit the play button the bite of the kickdrum, the seismic rumble of the bassline and the fulminant orchestral thrust of the instrumental samples work together like the cogs and gears inside a clock. Needless to say, the result is rather explosive and compelling - which goes for both the original version and the rolling big-room remix of Stephan Zovsky, who’s out on a mission to blow some minds again. And The Glitz don’t leave it at that: “Dandy Doorhole” is raising the stakes even higher. This tune exists between the perfidious boost of its bassline and the glittering showers of its open hi hats and hurls any dancefloor to the next level - a level oddly reminiscent of a spaced-out computer game. The remix comes from an old friend of 3000Grad: Mathias Kaden. This grand master of beats, bass and pressure delivers a version that is just as feverish and ecstatic, but that draws its energy from the irresistible groove that is the hallmark of this veteran producer.
