Poem: "Per aspera ad astra" by Huascar Medina

Created by Alt Ethos, The Reality of Everything is a permanent steel shade sculpture inspired by Brighton’s agricultural and industrial roots. Not only does it create shade on the existing grassy knoll, but the constellation cutouts are designed to inspire wonder around our evening sky. At night, the sculpture is transformed using colored LED lights. Guests are encouraged to use the space under the structure for gathering, reflecting and learning.  

Denver-based studio Alt Ethos cultivates experiences that bridge art and technology. By using light, sound and creative technology, Alt Ethos designs interactive and immersive environments that create unexpected joy and connection.
